Buffalo Wild Wings

Everytime I come in here to pick up an Door Dash order the staff is in the back goofing off, unprofessional and blasting music. It's horrible! They could use a bit of training in how to greet the customer, customer service.

Went there to watch the Golden Knights game with a friend on a Sunday. We sit down and wait around 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. Waitress finally comes and takes our order. Knights game is on dining room big TV. Midway through the 2nd period the manager changes all the TVs to Sunday night football….Chiefs and Texans….who cares about those teams? It wasn’t very crowded and nobody seemed to be interested in the football game. She turns off the hometown Knights game for that…and the Knights end up winning in OT. Anyway, the food there is terrible now…boneless “wings” are like rocks….the service is terrible and the management is rude and will basically turn off the game you are watching midway through and tell you too bad, they are “contracted” to show the NFL. Needless to say, I will never go there again.

Consistently the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in town. Coming to their location is an inconvenience to the staff. They will ignore you at the front until you leave or complain.

I understand preparing food can take a while but add rude staff to the combination? No thank you. Extremely slow on the food and service staff is rude. Like many places this location has lost a sense of customer service as well. Not coming back after 11 years of being a customer.

Josh at the bar was an amazing server. Very attentive friendly and inviting, but it took a while to get someone to seat us, so we decided to sit at the bar. Maybe they are understaffed, but we came when the restaurant wasn't that busy. Josh is great though. I'd give Josh a 5 Star Rating!
Food was great! I ordered original wings, Caribbean jerk and mango jalapeño with onion rings and motz... food is always good with a nice cold beer. Did I mention Josh was great?! Josh was amazing!

We had a great experience tonight at Buffalo wild wings! The food was delicious, and the service was incredible. We were served by Brandon. He was super friendly and attentive 👍🏼 We'll be back soon for sure.

When your party of 8 is not allowed to dine in @9:24pm because supposedly the lobby was closed almost 40 minutes early.

Not sure what happened, had the cheese steak sandwich today. The portion was at best 1/2 the size of what was pictured on the menu. Still good though.

Some of the worst boneless chicken wings I ever had hard as a rock you would think of chicken wing place can have decent Wings. Too bad The employees aren’t trained to take care of a customer when they were served bad food they still give you a check and say that how they’re made all boneless wings are hard like that.

Came in to grab a quick lunch with me and my children. I was extremely disappointed because this buffalo wild wings only has two small maybe three tables so there’s no really to sit. Definitely not an Eat in place. Just a pick up place.

Food was amazing!! Was a little spicy but obviously since I got the mild wings and orange chicken. They had a lot of TVs in there so it was easy to watch any sports I wanted. Our server “Q” was amazing!!! He was so kind and funny!!

This place is an absolute joke! Went there Friday night and they had one bartender who was serving drinks for the restaurant as well as the bar area by herself. We waited forever for drinks and food and when I asked for the manager they said she was back cooking yet I could see her standing in the back ignoring my requst to talk to her. There were 8 people crowded in the back just talking while one girl did EVERYTHING!. I asked again for the manager and finally a girl came out and I asked her for her name and she said Nicole. I asked for her last name and she said it's just Nicole. Thought everything was a joke. She should not be working anywhere let alone be a manager! When spending $200 I don't expect to wait 30 minutes for a beer and 45 minutes for onion rings. Whoever "just Nicole" is...customer service is NOT for you.
