Store was fairly clean. And employees seemed personable with one another. That’s bout it. 4:00 pm I purchased my food from the kiosk. And then quietly sat down and waited for my food… right in front of the register. 5 mins went by and multiple orders were taken at the register. And they received their order before me. ( atleast 3 people) then an order was taken at the kiosk. And they too received their food before me. It’s been 10 mins by this point. Multiple employees looked at me. Never acknowledged me. More orders were taken. 4:15 There had been atleast 10 orders at the register an a couple on the kiosk. I then asked to have a refund. And for some reason the lead on shift seemed shocked. She asked me what was wrong with the food and I simply stated I don’t have it. That is the problem. I stated I had been waiting for 20 mins. She asked the kitchen if they had an order for me. They did. Apparently been there the whole time waiting for me. The lead on shift tried to pass it off as it got looked over looked because I had ordered off the kiosk and it’s similar to mobile orders. unfortunately, as I had previously stated there had been a couple kiosk get their food . And she had also been at the counter for at least 15 minutes, of my 20 min wait. Very aware that I’ve been there for quite some time and multiple orders were taken in front of me Yet was not acknowledged at all. She then was struggling to give me a refund on a credit card order. I wasn’t going to leave the drawer short by taking a cash refund on an order that wasn’t cash. After I refused the cash refund. (Knowing that cash missing from a till is a no no) She then stated that my food was ready. I simply stated I did not want it at this point.
Then went to Jack across the the street ordered my food from the kiosk. The order was entirely correct and within five minutes. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jack

The drive-thru here is abysmal. I've been several times every time a total freak show. The drive-thru is so slow by the time I even reached the cashier window once I said you know what forget it. I don't even want my food. I just want to get out of here and I sped off.

You can change the look but you cannot fix horrible service!!! Not once, but twice i ordered inside and sat for over 20 minutes waiting for my food! I finally asked for my money back. Two people came in after me and got their food. Don't order chicken sandwich, they dont know how to make them.

My son ordered some food for pickup and I went to pick it up for him. Since I was on my motorcycle I went inside to get it. There was no one at the counter!! I was ignored for 20 minutes and finally had to phone them to get assistance!! I prefer Burger King Burgers over McD's or Wendy's but I will never patronize this location again!!!

Well it's been a while since I've had a Burger King Whooper. I was craving that flame broiled taste with fresh crisp onions, lettuce and tomatoes, on a sesame seed bun. I forgot how big they were. The Burger didn't disappoint at all. It's great to have the go to burgers when there's options. Thank you for keeping your standards high and burgers delish.

you know for just being newly renovated they sure forgot to renovate the employees I dare one of you to try to order food not from the kiosk and see if they don’t look at you like you just murdered one of there family members super slow sloppy service nobody cares attitudes low just puts your whole day down they hardly know whats included on the menu they just click in and look sad all day
