As a loyal Burger King customer, I was deeply disappointed by my recent visit to one of their locations during the Christmas season. Seeking a quick holiday meal, I attempted to place my order through the Burger King app, only to find it malfunctioning. Hoping for a resolution, I pulled into the drive-thru and explained the situation to the staff, including the manager.
To my surprise, the manager informed me that there was “nothing they could do about it,” dismissing my concerns outright. When I politely inquired about their position, they confirmed they were indeed the manager—yet showed little interest in resolving the issue. I was then curtly told to place my order without any effort to address or accommodate the app-related inconvenience.
This experience fell far below the standard of service I expect from a global chain, especially during the festive season when one might anticipate a little extra goodwill and hospitality. While I’ve generally enjoyed the food and convenience Burger King offers, this interaction left a bitter taste.
To the management: holiday or not, customer service should be a cornerstone of your brand. A little empathy and effort can go a long way in retaining customer loyalty. I sincerely hope this incident serves as a reminder to prioritize the customer experience in the future.

Hands down the worst BK I’ve ever had, only person in line and it took so long to get my order, fries smelled and tasted like dirty oil and they were obviously re-heated fries, didn’t bother to put salt, chicken in the wrap tasted like dirty oil and the chicken fries were stale, how does one mess up fast food?

Wanted to give this place a try and do I regret it. One guy in particular behind the counter seems like doesn't want to be bothered. After getting our order I went to get my drink and noticed there wasn't any small lids for the cups so I went to the counter to ask the guy if I could please get a small lid because there wasn't any. He starts to ask if I looked.... but before he could finish he seemed irritated and goes to grab one from behind the counter and throws it at me. I say thank you and walk away. Few minutes later someone else asks if they had a small lid because once again instead of refilling the area for us to grab it ourselves since they don't want to be bothered. So he grabs one and hands it to the customer in her hand. It's things like this that makes you lose faith in customer service.

This location has some of the slowest service you will ever see. Waited over 10 minutes to order at the drive thru when no other cars there and finally just pulled up and had to go inside to order. There was a total of 3 customers in there so they weren't busy, just lazy. Jessika especially has a bad attitude and avoided customers.

I don't expect much from a fast food place, but if you're just angry at work and taking it out on the customers, just quit and save us all the trouble. Don't push my food at me and look at me like I ruined your day by making you do your job. I don't even know your name because you weren't wearing a name tag but I hope you get fired

Just your typical Burger King, tho Kayla might need some work on listening to orders, speaking up, and her attitude too, could barely hear her thru the drive thru, and when I got to the window she didn't said "Hi" nor did she confirmed the order nothing just said the amount and that was the whole ordeal never mentioned about sauces, napkins nothing. Food wise, well, your typical burger that was built as if they didn't care about presentation. Other than staff needs to be worked on for costumer service.

Decent food. Better tasting than other fast food burgers. Nice play area for the kids. Also, unlike it's counterpart, the ice cream machine was operational. No disappointed kids. Very friendly crew. The manager did a great job keeping the orders filled and customers served. Great job!

Wheelchair accessibility: No accessibility problems for wheelchair s scooters or any mobility apparatus.

If it wasn't for onion rings and mozzarella sticks I wouldn't have given this high ranking. Wopper was not good. Bun dried out, meat patty was dried and tough. Really disappointed.
