I would give zero stars if possible. I review many places for Google and consider myself a pretty unbiased reviewer, but the customer service here is horrendous.

Four of us ate here and our food wasn't cooked all the way. The burger patties were still pink in the middle. The onion rings were soggy. All four of us got sick. Stay away from this place.

Found foot fungus in my burger was still good would eat again. Number 15: Burger king foot lettuce. The last thing you'd want in your Burger King burger is someone's foot fungus. But as it turns out, that might be what you get. A 4channer uploaded a photo anonymously to the site showcasing his feet in a plastic bin of lettuce. With the statement: "This is the lettuce you eat at Burger King." Admittedly, he had shoes on.

I literally just asked for napkins and the cashier looked at me and said, "NO." It wasn't just a casual "no." It was very abrupt and rude. I've had bad customer service in the past, but this was unique. It was so unique that I've never written a review about a place until now. If any management is reading this (since I didn't catch the employee's name), it was a 350-400lb lady.

I eat there at least twice a month. I am in a wheelchair and the employees are so helpful to me. The food is hot and fresh. Great place!
If I could give a zero, I would. Yesterday I got 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. They were terrible. There was so much grease it was soaked thru the wrapping. The biscuits were maybe a 1/2 inch thick and greasy...the even looked deep fried. When I called, Mana tells me, they are cooked on timers and they can't do anything about it. Well maybe they can't bit I can...I WILL GO TO MACDONALDS.

I couldn't find my receipt however, tonight my family and I received the BEST SERVICE EVER tonight. We drove off without our chicken fries and i believe she is the manager but she ran out and we heard some yelling and it was her coming out with our chicken fries. Thank you to her our son would have been upset. Not tonight! She's always working hard at her job. I see her all the time.

Best customer service around, hot fresh fast food, ask for coupons they USUALLY​ have some for you but NOT ALWAYS. ..Here's a tip.. always check the correctness of your order anywhere you go, even sit down restaurants make order mistakes..
