This place is usually a fine go-to for lunch. I feel picky saying this, but their “roasted” cauliflower is usually blonde, not roasted, but edible so I overlook it. Today the cauliflower in my bowl was completely raw and crunchy. I even went back and read the description to see if it changed to “raw” and nope.
It feels silly to say, but this ruined my lunch. Raw cauliflower and cooked cauliflower are completely different textures and flavors: I’m so incredibly disappointed. I paid for extra cauliflower to bulk up my power bowl. What a waste. Had I eaten it there, I would have asked for them to remake it. But I grabbed it to go due to lunch time constraints.
The responsibility is on both the person responsible for cooking the cauliflower and the person who made the bowl. Shame on them.

My tomato soup was at best warm, and the grilled cheese was not even melted.
Some of the tables were dirty and we had to bus our own tables.

Cafe Zupas is one of our favorite places when we decide to eat healthy meals. ( which is a very often) 😊 We really like Cafe Zupas and their healthy food. We really love their menu, perfect selections of various freshly mixed salads, bowls,fresh soups, and made to order delicious sandwiches. Fresh and delicious food served by very friendly people. The staff is always welcoming and attentive.
They use fresh ingredients and it makes all the difference, plus it's pretty inexpensive for the quality that you get. Also the chocolate covered strawberry that it comes with ,is wonderful. They have a new dessert Viral Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and it is so delicious ( a MUST TRY) !
Overall: The food is always amazing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. A great place for a quick healthy meal. Highly recommended!

I ordered through there app and had someone pick it up. I received a text saying it was ready. When going to pick up the food it was not ready everybody ignored him and he was frustrated he left came back asked the manager about my order she had a a attitude saying the food will be ready when your name is called. Not to mention half my order was not even in there. Long story short why have the app if the employees can’t help why are they ignoring you not everyone is a door dasher.
I don’t understand why I have a pickup order set for 11:45 and it’s 12:15 and I’m waiting in a booth for my food…still? It’s disorganized.

Great location to grab a quick lunch. They are very friendly and quick with the preparation of your order, which is made fresh. You are able to taste test 9 of the permanent and seasonal soups. All an all great quick lunch/ early dinner options if you're on the go or have a busy schedule.

Love Cafe Zupa. People are friendly and work very hard. But there’s not enough staff to handle the volume of customers. The Staff is frazzled. Online order says it takes 10 min but 30 min later I’m still waiting. Walk in customers are getting served quicker. I should have ordered in line not online. The staff is so GOOD AND PATIENT. they need raises. Also the table in the front near the strawberries is wobbly like being on a cruise ship
