This place is horrible. I work next door and stopped going for awhile due to always messing up the order and wait times. Tried again yesterday for the 1st in months and ordered a sandwich with no cheese or spread. It was on the ticket and checked off. Got back to work and there is cheese and spread on it. Wonderful for someone allergic to dairy. How does this happen?? Your cooks checked it off and ignored it. Now My break is over and lunch in the trash. Called and talked to Ivie and she was kind and said they will remake if I bring my receipt but I lost trust and will not be back and would like a refund.

Wow. It’s been a while but this location …not worth the money. Only three chunks of chicken in the Chicken Noodle Soup. Did they change the noodles? Also the bread changed, not a fan.

Very disappointing experience at the Stephanie location. I ordered a large salad and was given extremely minimal topping portions mostly lettuce with barely anything else. The topping spoons are tiny, and the manager, Brandon, explained that I would have to pay $0.79 extra per topping just to get a reasonable amount.
It honestly felt like management was intentionally giving less while charging more. In this economy, customers should not feel taken advantage of like this. The portions were completely unbalanced and not reflective of the price.
I went to another Café Zupas location immediately afterward and received fair portions without being overcharged, which shows this is a MANAGEMENT ISSUE specific to this location. Based on this experience and Brandon’s handling of the situation, I will not be returning to the Stephanie location. This is why the Eastern location will always be elite!!

The restaurant smelled a little weird when we went in. Luckily we ordered ahead so we didn’t have to stay in there very long. When we got our food, we were disappointed to find that they forgot menu items, had a wrong item, and had very salty soups. We’re usually big fans of Zupas, but this one was pretty disappointing.

Very delicious! A friend took me there once but now I get food from there more often because it's very good. I recommend the tomato basil with ultimate grilled cheese sandwich it is a meal paradise. Trust me if you love tomato soup and grilled cheese cause I am PICKY when it comes to some good tomato soup and grilled cheese.

This restaurant had so many positive employees..there were several that really stood out to me. One was James,(manager), &the other was Aaron(the cashier). But from the moment we walked in, everyone smiled and greeted us! Definitely coming back.
