I called the store to have something adjusted for more to get put on hold for 10 min and then to tell me unfortunately we can’t put that shredded cheese in your order eve though you payed for extra stuff like what

We have been getting food hear for years and always order the chips and queso. Ordered it tonight and we get this tiny container of queso, still charged us full price and had less than a half a bag of chips. Really just charging people for nothing these days

Ordered delivery from Cafe Rio. My order never showed up. Only recourse was to email their support. In the confirmation email of receiving my complaint, it said they will get back to me in 5 business days but provided a number to call. Called the number, they put me on hold and eventually refunded the order. Now. I have to wait 5 days for the refund to clear and I still don't have dinner. I'd attach a photo, but I have t received food or a refund to take a picture of.

Insane that it takes an hour for them to put together an online order that they couldn’t get right anyways. Don’t go here.

This is the second time ordering from this location a while ago, I ordered food and food was very sloppy hardly any meat only beans and rice. Food was cold I didn't say anything. Gave them another try ordered for pick up, I looked at my food and noticed it was not enchilada style like I ordered. My husband went and asked for the sauce, the guy said they only had a little. So the staff mixed 2 red sauces and gave him a small container of I don't know what. Got home cut into the burrito and it's mostly rice and beans i found 5 little pieces of burnt meat. The whole burrito was nasty well half i threw the rest away. It had that nasty burnt flavor u can't get out the food once burnt. Disgusting I'm so annoyed and don't know why I even went back. I will NEVER return to this location. Throwing burnt up charred meat inside my burrito is crazy, really crazy how nonchalant they are about playing with people's food and money.

The food portions are very small, the food was practically cold, The cashier’s attitude is horrible, very arrogant (I think it was the manager) I should have better dealings with customers. I won’t go back to this store anymore.

I dint usually do reviews.
The place needs to close for a day and have a cleaning crew come in and do a deep clean. The cleanliness of the patron station was atrocious. That got my eyes looking around. All of the restaurant surfaces were literally grimy. The bathrooms as well. No safe surfaces from grime. The floors had trash all over and under the patrons station which again, was so very dirty, greasy, grimy, dusty, fingerprints everywhere.
Please hore a cleaning crew now!

Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. We came in for food for 3 of us and it was 50 dollars for practically nothing. They were out of shredded chicken and steak with no eta for a new batch. What little bit of shredded chicken was left (about half a taco worth) they decided to split between 2 and call it a meal. I’m talking individual chicken strands to make up the “meat” for the taco. There was no offer to re make it or make it right with a different meat. The cashier had on earbuds and could not hear us tell her what kinds of meat we had. She, along with the rest of the crew, was very disrespectful and not at all professional. Very disappointed in the lack of service and care this restaurant has for itself.

The tacos were all sour cream and lettuce, completely inedible. The rice for all the meals was stale and seemed to have been out for a while. This marks the second this experience we’ve had similar to this in the past three visits. Overall terrible experience and had ruined cafe rio for my family.
