I order from this location every time I’m passing through town. I live in Northern Arizona and usually take it home with me, it’s always good, I love Cafe Rio.
Yesterday I ordered online and then got stuck in traffic for over an hour, gotta love that Vegas traffic! When I finally got there the food was still sitting there on the shelf, but they gladly understood and quickly remade my order so fast! It was awesome!

Worst service . My food was cold by the time they gave it to me . It’s like no one cares to work at the place . Bad food on top of it today

There was no one inside when I went in period yet. The uh person who waited on me, what's rushing me period they refused to make the food to my specifications period they did not have any of the specialty drinks and did not inform me when I order to drink that they didn't have it. They tried to charge me extra for something that was. I'm not considered extra online. And when the person that waited on me asked the manager to help with the transaction, because he didn't know how to add, do you think that was not even supposed to be extra? She kept asking if I ordered double meat, which I did not. She never once informed him that what he was trying to charge me for was not extra period additionally, some of the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while, even though they just opened a few minutes before I got there period I live equidistant between this one. And the one on Stephanie, and I will not be returning to this one ever again period I've never filled-out an online survey for a restaurant so quickly!

I still like this place but over the years the salad dressing has change it has become runnier and not as flavorful which is a huge disappointment same with the pork it is not as sweet as it used to be

I spent $64 on 5 entrees and all were wrong!!
I know better to go to this location at 65E Horizon Ridge, in Henderson,NV.

This location needs attention!! The manager Ana can’t be bothered to fix problems that arise!! Maybe it’s time for corporate to finally be bothered and get rid of the manager.

Have eaten at several Cafe Rios and always enjoyed the food and service. Place an order through the app tonight. Arrived about 5 minutes ahead of time and told one of the employees. He printed out our order ticket and set it on a table where it sat. 5 minutes after the pickup time I asked if someone was working on the order as there was no one working the line. When they said it wasn't started yet I asked for a refund. Manager, Kyla, was brought up and said she couldn't give a refund!?! For an order that hadn't even been started on. Asked if at least she could get the order started and she finally found the ticket and started working on the food, only to dissappear and send another employee to finish it. After all this, the oder was all mixed up and missing a side of dressing. Worst service ever. This branch will not be visited by us again.

Upon arrival the beans and meat in the. Prep line was old and dried out and pretty much empty. When asking about getting fresh product the Server could care less when asked about it. Due to lack of any concern or customer satisfaction Left and went elsewhere where people cared and the customer was cared about.

I’m a frequent CR costumer and more often than not I have received great and friendly service at their locations. This may have been an off night but the service was horrible. My family and I (3 people) walked in at 8:40pm and the employees had the entire prep line broken down. We were not greeted when we entered and the employees gave us the impression that we were inconveniencing them. It had me second guessing when they close so I asked if they still closed at 10p (sign in store and online says 10p) and the employee completely ignored me. She continued to have a terrible attitude while taking each of our orders, my wife got barely any chicken in her bowl because that’s what was left over after breaking down the line.

I will skip CR when I’m on this side of town unfortunately.

Service kinda slow today, and an employee kept making his own food, and the other employees allowed it. They stopped making guests food, Thought it was supposed to be guests first.

I've been to this location frequently due to the convenience of where I live.
Has to be the worst Cafe Rio I've ever been to. Not sure if there is a lack of employees but this location is the slowest. I wish there was another cafe rio in this location.
