Dried out food! Only the shredded chicken looked fresh. Food was cold. I won’t be back. Only after I took pictures of the did he add fresh food.

I ordered the nachos and asked the lady specifically to not put the nachos chips in the bowl with the rest of the meat and ingredients because it gets soggy and she 1. Had a scrappy attitude
2. Not only did she put the chips in the bowl, she didnt even add the jalapeños but instead added some onion chives and the chips tasted old and stale.

Usually they do good with the food but this lady today on 01.09.26 at approximately 1:40pm whoever she was, did extremely poorly. Horrible service

We had Cafe Rio cater our company holiday party this year and we were very happy we did so! The food was great (as usual), the portions were right-sized and everything was included (plates, serving dishes, etc.). We will use them again!

Wow!! What an incredible Cafe Rio location.. The food and ingredients (along with every staff member here at this cafe Rio) are always fresh and we just coming here so much.. KIM went above and beyond to help me with an issue on my app, and previous experience that went a little sideways… on top of that, she had her staff continue giving top-tier service and leadership that has been nothing short of world class - she truly loves her environment, colleagues, and loves her career.. I was also assisted by Chelsea (and another impressive young man) today - who were both extremely sweet and very helpful - I’d highly recommend anyone pay this location a visit… whether you’ve come here in the past or this is your first time experiencing, make time for a stop here at any point in your journey through Las Vegas.. you will not be disappointed!!

The cafe was clean, the crew was welcoming and courteous but when I seen them roasting corn and poblano chiles I was wowed! The corn salsa was great on top of my grilled steak salad.

Patronized this location twice within the week. Too stingy on the meat for me. Yesterday I had two tacos both of which had more lettuce than meat. Today, I had nachos with more cheese than meat. The lettuce and pico de gallo were fresh on the tacos. The guacamole was good on the nachos. The proportions on the plate just needs work.

They advertise shrimp tacos on Saturday yet run out before 3pm. Hard to sell what you can’t manage to stock.
