First of all, I have nothing but problems with your App. It will say I have points amounting to $10.00 and then when I get to the drive in window to redeem it, it disappears. One time it allows me to log in and the very next time it tells me that my password is incorrect when it isn't.
My drive thru experience on 9/22/2025 merited the three stars because this was one of those times when I get to the window it would not let me show the point redemption. Part of it could be of course be my phone but it happens far too often to always be my phone.
I ordered carne asada and was very disappointed because it was expensive and several bites were very tough! It was definitely not worth the cost!
The employees at this location are always friendly, helpful and efficient. None of this is their fault.

I went to the drive throught , they took forever, and they gave the barely any meat, and beans which i told them I didn't want. I pay for letters, rice, beans.. No napkins nor silver wear.. won't be back.. that is terrible. I know its probably minimum pay job so they won't care but still.

Compared to any other cafe rio I've gone the moderate of food was extremely different. I felt like I got half of what I normally get. Other that that, the steak salad was good

They didn't have enough soup for three orders, so they served half a container of soup to fill the order

One star was taken from the food because often times, they don't have my favorite items available. Otherwise, great customer service, great food.

I put an order at the drive thru and they got it completely wrong I wanted pork and then gave me chicken and they gave my wife beans and she didn't want beans and she wanted sour cream and guacamole in her burrito and they didn't even do that. Like this is ridiculous.

No guacamole and I was charged for it.

This is the second night in a row that I've had a issue with my order. Last night not such a horrible experience, I was just hungry. And yes the redeemed back my rewards. Tonight on the other had I placed my order at 8:22, order to be ready at 8:40. Now I arrive at 8:45. My oder wasn't ready said it popped up just then. Now 8:56 pm and waiting for my food. Also they seem to be out of food at or b4 9pm . They close at 10. When u order online nothing is 86 . I will return to the Stephanie location. Closer to home dont mean better.

At this particular location, ask for Brianna, and have her make you her recommended tacos. She won't gatekeep them, and they're bomb. Best cafe Rio combo I ever had. 😁

This was just a really strange experience. This location has a drive through, I have pneumonia and chose it for convenience. I ordered online. There was a 30 minute wait time. When I arrived I was told that my food wasn’t started and that it would be another 10 min and I need to wait inside. There were 7 employees. 3 of which were cooking, one was dancing, and the others were standing around. No other customers were in at this time. After an additional 30 minutes I finally received my food, which had the wrong proteins and sodas that were undrinkable. I was just disappointed with my experience as a whole. This location is just odd, the ingredients always seem inconsistent and the employees often seem bothered by having to serve anyone. I will never return to this location.
