Worst cheese steak sandwich I have ever had. Gristle through, when you found meat. Never again at any of this chain.

I don't know what's happened to this place. The steak was inedible. We threw away more than half. Gristle throughout. I am not sure if all Capriotti steak comes from the same place, but I can never eat from this chain again. It used to be quality meat. Money down the drain.

I’m an over the road driver so I stopped at Railroad Pass to grab some sandwiches to eat later. I did my order on line and did not realize TA removed Capriotti. So I go back find the store I ordered from and called. The manager who answered the phone was an angel. She told me how I can get there and were to park. She even brought the sandwich’s out the back door and handed them to me.
I grew up on these sandwiches and I love them.
My favorite new Capriotti’s store. They even beat the stores in Delaware the home of the original Capriotti’s.
To the nice lady I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but you saved the day! You even knocked the Italian sub out of the ballpark! Thank you!

bread was hard on the outside, the stuffing was dry. I went against the reviews and gave this store a shot. wasted time and money.

Female manager couldn’t be bothered with our order. We initially were eating in until we sat down and she started screaming stuff to another female coworker and laughing. We will never come back. Stephanie store isn’t that far and has much better food and service.

I've been going to Capriotti's for a few years now, this downgrade in quality of service and quality of product is unbelievable! Subs are now 2 inches shorter and considerably more expensive. When getting the bobby, the ingredients are considerably less especially the cranberry, if you don't ask for extra you won't get any barely at all. My disappointment is immeasurable.
Over $23 with tax for a sandwich is absurd. I will no longer be going to this location and quite possibly be skipping Capriotti's altogether from now on. There are plenty of affordable delis out there.

I was all hyped up by the news saying that Capriotti's have the best sandwiches me and my wife had a Philly cheesecake, which peppers cost extra to add to the sandwich tiles were broken the store. Some poor lady almost fell when I brought it to you their attention. They didn't seem to care. I said, lawsuit, waiting to happen. Please put up signs to warn people, say it on fall.
The sandwich was horrible. Sorry to say, and if you want a awesome cheese day, Google pops phillys, and that is an awesome Philly cheese thing. The best I've had in Nevada. Sorry, guys. He didn't meet the mark.

They charged a delivery fee. I called and said they did not include the balsamic dressing and they said that I would have to come to them to pick it up. Why do I get to pay them for a product and delivery for an item that they did not deliver. It’s not on the delivery guy who was wonderful I am upset with the people who made the order. The whole reason for me to order delivery so I can continue to work and yet they can’t resolve their issue and it’s on my to use my gas and work time my pay to go to them?

Used to be good, but quality has decreased over time. I often order my sandwiches with extra cheese (with the extra cost) but the last 2 sandwiches I've purchased had barely any cheese at all and not much meat either, it was mostly just lettuce and bread. Would love to see improvement, but for now I'll be ordering elsewhere.

No meat, mixed together and it is gross.

WOW, never knew this place was here. I just happened to stop to go next door and found that this place was open. I love Capriotti's, so glad there is one next to me. The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean and the sandwiches are fresh and sooo good.
