This will be the last time I come here if the owner doesn’t clean his restaurant! The vents are disgusting and they are above where they prepare the food. Not acceptable.

I had a wagoi Philly cheese I believe and it was my first time trying anything from here and boy oh boy my moma better be glad she wasn't next to me when I ate that sandwich cause it was damn good ! The broth in the side made my day seriously. They guys in there were very kind .i am impressed in the quality of the food def will be back to this place .

Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had EVER. Got the Chicken Parmesan it took 15 min to make, first bite was TERRIBLE chicken was over cooked to the point where it felt like I was eating jerky, it was so over seasoned I can still taste pepper and it was over an hour ago, I am not one to complain I’ve worked in restaurants my whole like but, I wasn’t going to waste $25 on that TRASH. So when I asked James I think his name was for a refund or something else he said I don’t know how to do that and the manager is on break if you wanna wait 20 min he can help…..I walked away irritated then I went to throw something away and saw a man sitting in a Capriotti polo looking like a manager, so I asked James is this your manager he said yes. The whole time SHANE the manager didn’t bat an eye or even look up from his phone and I know he heard the whole thing, I’ve managed restaurants this blew my mind. I will absolutely never in my life return and would highly recommend no one goes to this trash location and Shane you need to be fired buddy DO BETTER!

Capriotti’s used to be a premier sandwich stop but now I mean it feels like the employees are in pain when you place your order - it’s an inconvenience for them to make the food. They didn’t have my order ready (on time). They were late, making it and just started the sandwiches when I walked to the door to pick them up. I took the sandwiches home and the Bobbi that used to be my favorite had no flavor or taste to it. It is unfortunate, but I guess it is what it is.

Service was very good.
However the music was some type of EXTREMELY loud heavy metal. We couldn't hear each other talk and it gave us indigestion. Ugh!

Love this place! Great food and great customer service. Even though they were closing in 7 minutes before I would have arrived , the guy in the back still took my order over the phone and my sandwich was ready when I pulled up. Thanks a bunch!

Great employees at this shop!! Funny, kind and zippy service. Only one drawback, it is so hot and humid inside. I felt so bad for the employees. We wanted to dine in but that was impossible with the heat and humidity.
