I have been to many Capriotti’s over the past 10 years and this is, in my opinion, one of the best. I love cheesesteaks and I have a hard time finding a decent one west of the Mississippi. This location makes a great cheesesteak and I have been impressed by the staff every time I’m there.

The person behind the counter needs to care about the order. Here is an example. You order an Italian sandwich.
They make it, and there is zero italian dressing. What's the sandwich called.
They don't even ask what you would like on the sandwich.
Come on, let get better service.
3rd time here first 2 were amazing. Horrible experience, felt like an inconvenience to the workers. Sandwich sucked, it literally had no meat I think there was a new girl making my sandwich. Waist of $15. I do not recommended. I took the sandwich and tossed it out. Horrible tbh i definitely don’t recommend.

This will be the last time I come here if the owner doesn’t clean his restaurant! The vents are disgusting and they are above where they prepare the food. Not acceptable.
I had a wagoi Philly cheese I believe and it was my first time trying anything from here and boy oh boy my moma better be glad she wasn't next to me when I ate that sandwich cause it was damn good ! The broth in the side made my day seriously. They guys in there were very kind .i am impressed in the quality of the food def will be back to this place .
