Had no clue using this Caps casino location serves smaller versions of their other brick and mortar stores e.g., Stephanie location in Henderson, until my wife brought home a couple larges, Bobbie and Capastrami. The GVRS location products pale in comparison in terms of quality and definitely quantity of the Capriotis product I've had since OG store near Golden Steer on Sahara. Didn't realize product difference. Caveat emptor. Won't use the GVRS location again.

Sandwhich was good. Called it in from upstairs and my wife went down to grab it. She stood at the counter for 10 minutes to get a ready made order while the guy running it bs’d with a friend. She finally hollered to him that she was just picking up a to go order and he just tossed it to her like she was a pain in his ass. I run businesses and this guy would be fired on the spot in my store. Just sayin. This happened on 8-2-25 @ 840 pm.

You park on the top floor of Green valley and it is conveniently just inside the door The service was prompt and the food was great

Good sandwiches and salads. Staff is friendly and helpful. We walked up with over 10 people on our order and they nailed everyone’s order right. In the casino, so a little casino smell and atmosphere going on. It was our go to while we were at GVR.

Look at the other reviews. What is wrong with this place? I ordered the Homemade Turkey and received raw uncooked, jacked up turkey meat. Didn't see this until I got home, so now I'm out $20.00. Don't eat here if you're not trying to get salmonella.

Customer service was great, but there were 2 toothpick sized bones on my sandwich, which could have been terrible if I had eaten faster.

Would not order from them online or any delivery service. Ordered a turkey sandwich regular size. Literally looked like they gave me the size for a kids meal. Sandwich was maybe 4 inches long. Sandwich came smushed the bread was rolled into it self. Barely any turkey on the sandwich and when there was some it was all at one side. Paid 13$ for a child’s size sandwich with no meat. Can’t even get a refund or a credit back for my order. I wouldn’t have even cared if there was less turkey as long as the sandwich was the right size. Literally so upset and still hungry because I got a kids meal size sandwich. Not worth your money.

We ordered two wagyu sandwiches and they delivered them cold and the meat almost frozen, we asked for it to be heated but they say it doesn't have ovens, the sandwiches can be very good but the service is very bad.

Well seems like a theme for this place. I ordered a large Bobby and had trace amounts of turkey. It was mostly stuffing. I say 85% Stuffing 10% cranberry 3% mayo and 2% Turkey. Will never go back to this Capriottis again. Also noticed there is no link to email or reach store management so I have no option but to post.

Was disappointed. ☹️They had no turkey for my order of 4 of your largest Bobby's . So I ordered 4 ,cheese steaks with mushrooms .
I understand prices going up but the smaller bread and skimming of the the fillings was sad .😥 I've had your sandwiches many times before and was very disappointed. ☹️😥
