The soda didn't taste right and without any hesitations Pamela and Honesty were willing to replace it with something else until I was satisfied. If you want a Cap sammy, don't go to the store inGreen Valley Ranch, go to a different store. The food is good here, but the service is poor. Every time I order for delivery from this branch, they always mess up the order and short it. When you call to get a refund for the shorted items, they give you a run around. The staff can't seem to fill a simple order correctly.Two sandwiches, two chips, two brownies and two cookies. The sandwiches are always correct, and the chips seem to find their way in the delivery, but cookies and brownies are all too often missing, and I still get charged for it.When you attempt to remedy the situation on the phone, they are rude and hang up on you.Poor business practice.

Classic steak was so dry I wanted to dip it in water. How pathetic of a sandwich place. Bread was soft but that's all that was good. These guys very low quality meat and do t really care about anything.

I'm leaving this review specifically for Timothy. My boyfriend ate here before and ordered his usual, it was my first time and Timothy was extremely patient, understanding and helpful. He helped me with any accommodations and the food came out delicious as always. Keep up the good work! Great customer service

Service was quick. Ordered online and pickup was quick and easy. Problem came when we started eating. Ordered 2 bobbies and half way thru the one we found a big piece of what I'm guessing (hoping) was cartilage. Needless to say the rest of the sandwich went in the trash.

Sandwiches are ridiculously good. Whatever they are doing to make these taste soooo delicious, they need to keep it up.

I was so excited to eat a vegetarian turkey sandwich! As a 30+yr vegetarian, these kinds of options have not always been available. After a 4 hr conference I was famished. And here I sit, so sad and disappointed. The turkey sub with coleslaw was about the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. "Gobs of Goo" would be a better name for the mess I got. So much mayo on top of the coleslaw-yuck. And the person who helped me was such a crab apple. She screams out the name of each customer like she is so angry.

Always a great sandwich! The Bobbie. I remember looking at my friend who was eating one...it just didn't appeal to me. Then she asked if I wanted a peice and I was like....no. She says d come onnnnnn...so I tried it. Loved it and still do. Their Italian sandwich is great to! Let's face it..the food is great there. Great service whether you have it delivered or pick your order up. The service is great and they are very nice. My rant is over, try Capriottis, you'll love it!

Ordered 2 Pastrami sandwiches, both the exact same. I specified twice, No cole slaw, No dressing, or anything with mayo. They gave me a messy Cole slaw sandwich. Requested a Manager but the "shift lead" lied & said she was the manager until she admitted all she can do is request the RM call me back. Refused to refund me. I went back for the correct sandwiches and they gave me roast beef & NOT the pastrami sandwiches I ordered. The duo working this shop should be fired! They failed miserably to simply make what I ordered. Idiots!Supposed to get a call back from the RM, guess we'll see about that. I'll never order from this location again, gonna make sure I spread the word.
