I ordered on the APP for 5:00 PM pick up but the order slip was printed but never cooked. Once the realized what happened, the apologies for the error and cooked my food immediately. Great service although there was a hiccup.

Super sad about what has happened to this once premier shop. For the last 3 months the sandwich’s are “anemic”. They take longer to make(they arrive cold), and every sandwich has less meat and toppings.

I really wanted to like it but I don’t care for chopped meat. I ordered a turkey sandwich and all of the meat was chopped into small pieces. It changes the bite and texture of the sandwich. It’s a bummer because they are close to the house.

Small shop. Takes too long to prep for the sandwich. If you order online and you notify them that you arrived and your sandwich is not ready yet, they will not call you. We waited about 1/2 hour before I went back up to the counter, and our sandwich was sitting there.

ordered a sub with no cheese (have a dairy allergy) and it came with cheese. also took the cashier 10 minutes to even put the order in. he kept shaking and asking for help from his coworkers to press buttons on the POS system. train your employees better. i have limited time on my lunch break and the idiots who work here ruined my break today
