I went in on Saturday around 4 pm the girl was nice though I asked for my sandwich the bobbi to be heated & I got home and the sandwich wasn’t heated it was ice cold.

I don’t usually do this, but this ruined my sandwich for me. I have gotten the Cole Turkey many many times. I never ran into a bone issue. Maybe if it was smaller I would have over looked it. It’s just, this thing almost took me out and it’s a decent sized bone too. Maybe it should be expected because it’s pulled turkey. Maybe I shouldn’t take big bites. But it stabbed my upper gum and that sucked. Just shocked me. Service was swift and nice though.

I’ve never felt so ripped off buying a sandwich… 24 bucks and they hardly put ANYYYY meat if this sandwich… the sandwich is cold and wet… not like it used to be years ago. Very disappointed … some parts the sandwich had ZERO meat… don’t go here

Got a meatball sub last night and was so bad meatball were do dry and no sauce when I called back because I lost receipt they won't replace i will never go back to this place again

Ordered a Bobbie and a full sized salad. They got the salad wrong. I guess the hoop music was too loud to hear my order. Maybe it was because of the toothpick in the cashiers mouth that caused the problem. Regardless, the customer service was very poor today.

Excellent sandwiches, we will definitely be going back often. The counter workers and sandwich makers were super-nice. Impressively, nice. Remarkably nice. They seemed happy. 😊 🏠 the atmosphere: needs cleaning; the walls, windows, everything.

I ordered on the APP for 5:00 PM pick up but the order slip was printed but never cooked. Once the realized what happened, the apologies for the error and cooked my food immediately. Great service although there was a hiccup.
