Small shop. Takes too long to prep for the sandwich. If you order online and you notify them that you arrived and your sandwich is not ready yet, they will not call you. We waited about 1/2 hour before I went back up to the counter, and our sandwich was sitting there.

We have been a fan of Cappriotti for years.We love their sandwiches, so delicious and not dry at all. Employees are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly and super quick. This sandwich shop is good, and when I say good I mean great, and when I say great I mean OH MY ITALIAN SAUSAGE THIS IS THE BEST SANDWICH MY TOUNGE HAS EVER TASTED! The Italian sausage sandwich is such a good sandwich that I recommend you turn your car around from anywhere your going, even if it’s to the bank to claim a free 30 billion dollars, and go get an Italian sausage sandwich! The other sandwiches are probably great too, but mama Mia that sandwich is mwah!
