Shout out to Cortny and her co-worker (sorry I didn't get his name), I got off work at 9pm the day before Thanksgiving and wanted a Bobbie for Thanksgiving day, I talked to Cortny around 7:30 that night and they also closed at 9pm. She offered to wait for me to get there to pick up my sandwich, I was only about 4 minutes away. When I pulled in the parking lot, the store was dark, but she and her co-worker were right there outside waiting for me with my sandwich!!!!!! Awesome customer service!!!!!! They saved my Thanksgiving dinner!! You guys ROCK!!

Arrived at 10:15 am , one man working really nice man BUT the night crew should be fired , it was so dirty floors and windows and tables covered in sticky food , I wanted to go to jersey mikes but my coworker wanted this place , I told her I better not get sick !!! Yuck!!! The reason she wanted to go here is because they have soup , but it wasn't heated so we didn't get soup with our sandwiches

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a Capistrano and received a roast beef strami. Took it back and Mackayla the manager argued about replacing it. When asked to show what the pastrami looked like she showed good pastrami, but what was on my sandwich was roast beef. She threw away the rejected sandwich and refused to look at it. She kept our money and tried to defend her reason why. I will never go there again. And when I asked for the corporate number she reluctantly gave it but when you call it has a recording that says your call cannot be answered. Congratulations on your horrific customer service skills mackayla. Best GM ever, NOT!
