Went in to order a sandwich and was told they are on a 30 minute pause and I couldn't order any food. The only thing the employee was doing was sweeping a rug. This place is inside a truck stop. This was at 2:15pm in the afternoon. What a joke.

This place makes great sandwiches, but I just can't seem to figure out exactly how to order a sandwich and have it be made the way I want it without being rude. The sandwiches come with additional ingredients that you didn't order. So you'd only know to exclude them if you've been here before often enough to know that it wasn't just a one time mistake. So then you go in and order it attempting to exclude those things, AND THEY STILL INCLUDE THEM. They're on autopilot. I feel like if I was explicit enough during the ordering, and then asked them to repeat it back to me, then quizzed them about my order, maybe I could get the message across. But then again maybe not, and that seems like a good way to some even worse stuff included in my sandwich. I think the last time will probably be my final attempt. It's too bad, because they do make good sandwiches. But you know what they say, fool me 13ish times, shame on me for going back.

Disappointed! Read great reviews on this sandwich shop that was next to my hotel. Sandwiches looked good based on pics I had seen online. Ordered the small grilled Italian was so looking forward to having a great sandwich...mostly enjoyed the bun, very little meats with cheese and more vegetables than anything else. The taste was good, but meats were lacking. For an almost $14 sandwich not up to my standards.

The worst Capriotti's I've ever visited. Terrible service, rude workers, and the food was not good. Every time I've either ordered delivery or someone in my family has gone in person, it's been a fiasco. So glad there's another close by with workers that actually listen and the food is good.
This shop is inside the gasoline mini mart.. The sandwiches are very good, unlike others needs condiment and sauces, with their sandwiches alone u can see it stands out! And yes its reasonable price, we can't wait to visit near here phx as we see there some location spread across!

The food orders are never correct but the service is polite. I have ordered from them on 3 occasions in the last 4 years and each time the order is wrong. I only go there for convenience since they have a Tesla charging station. You MUST check your order. Not much for ambiance since it's a gas station but there is ample seating.
