Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

A little slower than most sandwich shops I've been in, staff is friendly and inviting food is pretty solid and definitely a step above say a Subway or Jason's Deli. Lack of bread choices is a little disappointing, but as it's my first time ever in one of these establishments I'd say it's worth a try if you're ever in the area.

My cheesesteak was great. I've had a lot of consistency issues with other Capriottis in the area but this location makes their food the right way. My server Olo was great also.

Disappointed with the philly cheesesteak. The meat would have occasional hard pieces, not sure if it was pepper or what.

Would not order again. Will stick to the Italian sandwhich.

Returned a sandwich that was made with mayonnaise even though I requested no mayonnaise. The replacement sandwich was about the third of the size of the original. Barely any turkey at all. I contemplated calling again but just resolved not to go back. And this was AFTER I tipped them!!

We ordered at the register and waited 20 minutes for our order to come out. Over five other customers entered and ordered at the counter and received their order before ours. Our ticket was overlooked and they forgot to place it on the counter. Highly disappointed! Ordered a small cheesesteak blt. Simple enough! Even after complaining they still didn’t expedite our order. They said it’s bc they get 5 online orders for every one they take at the counter! Who cares! They still should have expedited our order!

My boyfriend usually gets the Bobbi (easy on the cranberry) or the chicken Philly but today he decided to get the hot Italian on his BIRTHDAY and it was horrible!! There was a hard piece in the middle and he almost PUKED on his BIRTHDAY!! Do better

Arlene is one the nicest people and hardworking worker their.I always order the classic club and when she’s not making the sandwich or doesn’t taste the same. For some reason when Arlene makes the sandwich it taste hella good, she makes it with extra love passion and care she really really good at what she does all while smiling. She deserves a raise, promotion even an award to recognize her work. If you haven't tried a sandwich made by Arlene you don’t know what you’re missing.

Manager at night was heck rude, add peppers to sandwich that got delivered and went to change it out, put hands all in the sandwich like he was in surgery. Then replace the sandwich like he was doing me a favor
