This place has the best ribs. I live in Chicago and go to the ribfest every year and Carlito's by far beats any ribs I've ever had. Also they have THE best mac and cheese and cornbread.

I don't want to rip this place. But, I sure made the wrong decision in choosing a spot to satisfy today's Burrito craving. I ordered for pickup and live less than 5 minutes away, so the first thing I was disappointed to see when I returned home was how cold this burrito was. I ordered a chicken burrito with rice, beans, Pico, and guacamole inside. Then, I added jalapeños and sour cream, assuming it would come as side items since I didn't pick them on their online ordering site to be "inside" the burrito. So, now, along with this burrito being cold, the thing was stuffed with a motherlode of sour cream. Making any ideas of trying to heat this wrapped mess a little all the more daunting of a task. So, I grin and try to bear it. Thanks to the guacamole and (what felt like) a cup of sour cream, this burrito was loose and messy as Hell. I can't even verify that what I ordered was even in this thing. I know there was lettuce and a piece of raw onion in there, but I'd be lying if I said I could identify even the main protein of chicken in there. There just was So much sour cream and guac ( which I'm always a fan of) that left me looking, quite frankly, like Regan in the Exorcist after not even finishing half. I decided to call it by then because it just seemed easier to put this mess in its place. The garbage. This joint looks clean and all, and I'm sure people have been served very tasty dishes here. But, I was really looking forward to eating a delicious burrito today, and I certainly didn't find it here. Mexican Coke, Excellent!

It helped curb the cravings we had for New Mexican cuisine. The Carne Adovada was yummy. Also the Posole and the Green chile stew was good.

I'm from New Mexico been living here in Las Vegas Nevada for a few months and if there's one thing I've missed it's the good food from back home. This place is the place to come to for that. It is a little pricey but definitely worth the value.

We had smothered fries with pork verde, chicken sandwich, and chips with guac and salsa. The food was amazing. We did delivery, and everything was packaged beautifully.

Fantastic food that serves wonderful green and red chili. Service was fantastic and great prices. Clean restrooms and a bar as well. Plenty of indoor seating and parking. Handicap accessible. Definitely worth the trip.

What a weird experience - I will never return here.I asked the waitress if any lard is used in making the beans or if any chicken stock was used in making the rice. (I have a meat allergy, so it’s important I avoid those ingredients.)After she asks the chef on my behalf, he said, “What is he, crazy?”The chef was <10ft away so I clearly heard him.I spoke up and replied clearly, “I’m a vegetarian for strict religious reasons, and I have a meat allergy, which is why I need clarification.”He didn’t even bother looking up, just mumbled something else to the server, who just turned around and gave me a look of sympathy.I’m glad I left immediately. Major ? red flags.Vegetarian options: Chef does not respect vegetarians and there is no certainty whether there are meat components to the ingredients/meals

Currently eating my left overs and they're so good I had to leave a review. Born and raised in Albuquerque so I was very excited to find this place thanks to a Vegas tamale reddit thread last year, this is about the 5-6th time I've had food here. Ordered a red chile tamale plate last night and it's delicious, reminds me of back home. The sopapilla was huge and perfectly cooked, posole has excellent taste, and the biscochitos are perfect which saves me from making them myself. Highly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to come back for another tamale.
