HUGE shout out to James R who was holding down both the drive through and the counter orders with one person cooking in the back. James was keeping his cool and dealing with a store full of customers. The food was delicious and 100% correct, fresh and hot. I gave three stars for atmosphere because there was a customer being loud about not being asked for his order fast enough, there not being enough employees (definitely true but telling James to call someone in while he was in the middle of 20 people in the store and a drive through that was full, was NOT helpful) and then being ridiculous about how long the order was taking and using his scooter to block the front while he harassed James, was not cool. Meanwhile around 20 other people were being polite about it. If you need a job, I recommend applying because they need more good employees like James R.

I'm reviewing all of the fast food places in my area that are actually GOOD compared to the other crappy offerings we have here in old Henderson. This Carls Jr is by far the better of many in my area. I used to order the six dollar low carb burger but since that is null and void, its all about the charbroiled grilled chicken club sandwich. I do realize I can order any of the sandwiches low carb but it just isn't the same. Those six dollar burgers were so fresh. It just seems that the burgers of today aren't cutting it in the fresh & crispy dept. I am a huge fan of their zucchini. The fries are just so-so. I haven't had their onion rings in a while so maybe I'll try those next? Anyway, this Carls location is better than others. I'm from CA so I know a good Carls Jr when I visit. The fast food options in Nevada have been disappointing so I will continue to hype the ones that are at least better than the others.

I have to give a huge shoutout to an employee by the name Alexander O. We went tonight around 8:20pm and it was super busy, and he was the only one working up front. Even with everything going on he held it together and gave the best customer service. He looked around 17/18, It was so refreshing to see someone his age show that level of professionalism and kindness, something that's really hard to find these days. On top of that, the food came out really fresh. Alexander truly deserves some kind of recognition for how well he handled everything

It was sad af in the restaurant, lol. The service was terrible. The guy at the counter was acting like I was supremely bothering him by ordering inside the restaurant. It was wild. And the burger I got was trash. I ordered a double, and thought it was only a single patty at first cause that's how small it was. Carl's used to be the best at burgers cause they would tower, and actually look like their pictures. Now it's just sad greige half assed, and too expensive. Suffice to say this will be my last sojourn to any Carl's ever again. Yall were my childhood, it was real.
