THE EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF ELISA NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! HERES A LIST OF PROBLEMS AND HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS THAT SHE DID WHILE I WAS TRYING TO ORDER FOOD. 1) SHE WAS CLEANING THE BATHROOM WHILE I WAS WAITING AT THE REGISTER, AS SHE WALKS UP WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. 2) BEFORE I COULD SAY ANYTHING PROCEEDS TO FIX HER HAIR , NOW SHES TOUCHING HER SKIN AND HAIR WHICH EXPOSES HER HAIR NEAR THE FOOD. 3) I ASKED ABOUT BREAD WITH NO SEEDS , SHE THEN TURNS AROUND AND ASKS ME WHAT SANDWICH DOESN'T HAVE SEEDS ON IT . THIS IS WHEN I UNDERSTOOD SHES NOT GOING TO TAKE MY ORDER EASY. 4) I BYPASS THE RUDENESS THEN ASKED HER IF THEY CAN TAKE OFF THE ONIONS ON MY SANDWICH AND CHANGE THIER GLOVES BECAUSE IM ALLERGIC . (DEADLY) SHE LOOKED AT ME , MADE ME REPEAT MYSELF THEN TOLD ME IVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT. NOT SOMETHING YOU WOULD SAY SO THERE GOES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 5) BY THIS TIME , I DONT WANT TO EVEN EAT ANYMORE. I ASKED FOR A MANGER , A LADY TALKS TO ME TELLS ME WE CAN DO EVERYTHING WITH NO PROBLEM THEN WHEN ELISA CAME BACK. HER NAME TAG WAS GONE, I WORK IN FAST FOOD AND SO FAR SHE UNDERSTANDS THAT IM REPORTING HER.

Been trying to contact the store all day… Bread is always hard.. Food isn’t always super terrible but edible at times… I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

It was sad af in the restaurant, lol. The service was terrible. The guy at the counter was acting like I was supremely bothering him by ordering inside the restaurant. It was wild. And the burger I got was trash. I ordered a double, and thought it was only a single patty at first cause that's how small it was. Carl's used to be the best at burgers cause they would tower, and actually look like their pictures. Now it's just sad greige half assed, and too expensive. Suffice to say this will be my last sojourn to any Carl's ever again. Yall were my childhood, it was real.

Best location ever ! The food was great and fresh and staff was very friendly. A big shout out to the manager she was so kind and helpful explaining the menu. Bathrooms and dining area was very clean. I definitely recommend this Carl’s jr location over any other !
