My order was so simple. Two 1/3lb steakhouse burgers. How do you mess that up... I received one steakhouse burger and some chicken sandwhich. I saw no other customers while I was there which makes it even more difficult to mess up. Incompetent staff

Sat in the drive-through line with no one in front or behind for 10 minutes. Attempted to get in contact with the workers but no one answered over the intercom. Moved to the window and sat for 5 more minutes with no one answering. 12 P.M. noon, do better.

Lies about breakfast hours came at 10 no breakfast. I have till 10:30. And not even apologetic. And had to wait 20 minutes to escape the drive thru

They were out of medium drink lids so told me I had to order either small or large. I told them I didn't want a large fry but they shouldn't charge me for a large drink because they ran out of lids, they should substitute. They told me ok then charged me for the large drink anyway. Poor management.

They still have not opened their dining room, there is no sign on the door saying the dining room is closed. You have to park and walk in. I have eaten here less and less since the pandemic, and I think I will continue that trend, obviously they don't care about their customers.

Absolutely worst experience. Went to drive thru was told to pull around. Waited 29 min even though restaurant was empty. Food came out cold, fries tasted like rancid oil, and the cokes were staright carbonated water. Tempting to call the corporate office. Avoid the frustration if you see this place keep going.

Don't know what's up, but, have been to the location 3 times. Have been able to successfully get food once. First time it was we're out of food, but, the store is open? Second, was able to get a burger. Third time, our systems are down don't know when they're going to back up. Save the headache and go a mile up the road to Stephanie location.

Hate to be that one guy that has a bad thing to say but it was so bad. The guy didn’t what to help us and he gave us the wrong things, when we told him he tried to defend himself. They also gave us extra drinks then when we told them they said “ok, sorry about that we’ll go ahead and charge you for those.” We where like “what” we don’t want them. The worst ever.

My favorite is the Fried Zucchini. It's so so good.. they currently don't have ranch.. indefinitely I don't know what that means but evidently they don't have ranch or any type of dipping sauces. But zucchini is good without it. Customer service is really good here and the service is pretty quick.
