Absolutely wonderful experience! We are so happy that we have tried this location!
Family owned and operated since 1976, Carmine's Pizza Kitchen is the perfect selection for some old school NY pizza and Italian food.
Frank the owner greeted us with a friendly handshake and a big welcome. As we ate our food ,the owner came to our table explained the history of Carmine's. It is such an inspirational story of extraordinary Italian family that created delicious recipes that have been lovingly passed down through generations.
This was our first visit to Carmine's and right away we felt like we were in a friendly Italian home.
Our server Denise was so friendly and helpful. She is definitely a huge asset to the restaurant.
Everyone is very welcoming and treat you like a family .
They have indoor and outdoor seating and full bar area.
A great place to dine in or get takeout and when the weather is nice, sit outside. They sometimes have live music on their beautiful patio.
The food was outstanding, and the portions are pretty large.
- Starter bread was perfectly warm and freshly baked.
- The Chopped Salad was so good, nicely dressed and delicious! Not over powering.
- The pizza is a New York style with a wonderful crispness of the crust . All the ingredients were perfectly balanced. The pizza sauce didn't taste too salty ,it was just right.
- The Italian sub was great. Large slice of mozzarella. Roll was good.
- The Rigatoni Carmine was delicious. Creamy.
- The meatballs and spaghetti/meatballs was good. Soft meatballs, great sauce.
- The zeppoles were fried to perfection with just the right amount of powdered sugar, topped with strawberry and chocolate sauce and served with 3 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream. Yummy š
Overall: I have to say Carmine's Pizza Kitchen made it to my list of delicious pizzas here in Las Vegas! Highly recommended!!!

Iāve been going to Carmineās for the last ten yrs on horizon Ridge. The pizza has always been excellent and they sold it to somebody else and the else person does not know how to make pizza so I quit going so I tried this new location and I have to say the pizza was just OK so as far as Iām concerned, Carmine Pizza is not the same as it once was !!

Being from Boston, I am extremely picky about pizza. Carmine's is my #1 FAVORITE place for pizza!!! The lunch specials are an after school go to as well. This location, especially!!! My love affair with their pizza dates back to when they were Villa Pizza, and I had no idea, until the owner told me! š¤£ā¤ļø I should've written this review a hundred years ago!!! š¤£š¤£š¤£š I'm still hopin' to run into Brady there!!! š¤š

It was my first time stopping in at Carmines, you know how these shops can be claiming authentic food but wow Carmines hits the spot.
Charlie was our server and on point all night, never a glass dry or having to hunt for him. Great kid, you can tell he is ready to work.
Ill eat eat here again.

The place was completely packed like jam-packed which is cool but I had ordered my pizza. I want to say 10 minutes to me arriving to get my food. Took the girls behind the counter. At least no exaggeration 7 or 8 minutes to acknowledge me. Like I said they were busy. Then they charge you $1.50 for tiny cup of ranch and then I guess some girls are there. Either are cheerleaders for the raiders or practicing to become so I don't know. But my food was warm in the ranch hella sucked. Maybe I went in the wrong time. I don't know

Friendly good portions. Come see for yourself. Carmine's need one rainbow/charston area. Couldn't hurt.
Absolutely horrible service! Guy that took my order totally acted like I was bothering him⦠totally rude. Wonāt be back they obviously donāt need the business.
The waitress forgot my wine but delivered every one elseās . She was very polite and hurried back to get mine . Ordered spaghetti and meatballs it was just okay. Nothing exceptional. Extremely loud and tables close together, kid friendly.
We stopped in Carmineās last night, expecting just to eat and discovered their newly open bar with gaming in the back! Needless to say, we were excited to try the delicious food again and enjoy losing a few dollars! Carmine was there last night to greet everyone and to handout some free samples of a delicious pasta dish! Weāve been coming to Carmineās now for several years and have never been disappointed. Weāre looking forward to returning for the excellent patio entertainment. Great location, great food, entertainment, excellent wine, and now gaming! Highly recommend.

This is our favorite pizza place. Iām from Illinois and worked on the East Coast for years, and itās hard to find great pizza. We just had a delicious extra extra cheese pizza from Carmineās. They use high quality ingredients and we appreciate that they donāt sacrifice quality for a better profit. There was a system error and we were undercharged so we will set that right soon. We appreciate you.
Great pizza
This is our second time ordering to go. The first was really very good pizza. This time the pizza was very greasy and the pepperoni was scarce.
The staff were friendly inefficient. The pizza was delicious, Carmine special I believe. The front where most of the seats are was quite noisy but we found a table right next to the servers area that was nice quiet but but when the front door was open the wind which was cold last night just came right down all past us and into the very back where the restrooms are so each time we somebody came or left which wasn't often but that cold blast came back to us.

Was there yesterday when they opened up at 11am on the dot so no lines, the girl who tended to me was very polite and the atmosphere was pretty chill for it ever being my first time but then again no one was there it was only me haha. So regarding the food to be honest with you and I hate to be the one who says it but it's not the talk of the town like everyone makes it out to be, I got the philly instead of the pizza and it was "so so" I could've gotten a better Philly somewhere else at a better price but it is what it is.....
Oh totally forgot to mention the pasta salad that came with my sandwich had a weird smell to it & and it wasn't exactly hard but it wasn't as soft as it should have been either and didn't taste all that great š was enough just to ruin the entire meal.
My overall thoughts the philly either needs to be scrapped from the menu or be completely redone so it has that real authentic philly cheesesteak taste, Instead of just being some cooked meat and vegetables on some bread oh and please DUMP that pasta salad it's garbage
