im 80 years old and grew up in an Italian area in the Bronx. we've ordered pizza several times from Carmines on Raiders Way. this is without a doubt the best pizza we've ever had. plus the staff is excellent.

Carmine's, pizza is very good. The crust alone, is worth having with morning coffee. Fresh garlic, pepperoni, with black olives selections on the cheese pizza is really tasty. You can tell their using quality ingredients. Yummy, yum...haha...back to the pizza and the game.

We've had Carmines before and it was good food. We just ordered a pizza and the meatball sandwich from the one on Raiders Parkway and to be honest it was completely flavorless. I really expected a different experience. Needless to say, we probably will not be back.

My husband and I love this place. We usually go in for dinner but today we stop in for a late lunch. We ordered wings as an appetizer, they were okay not alot flavor. My husband ordered a Stromboli and I ordered the fettuccine alfredo. My husband's food came out and close to ten minutes later my pasta was brought out with the excuse about "to go order* ?? What does that have to with us not being served our order all together. It is up to the server Luz to check on it. We have NEVER had such poor service when we come in the evening. We're usually waited on by Roni, love her. The food is delicious but definitely won't be coming in during lunch again.

Carmine's is the best Inspirado Italian spot - where pizza, salads and lasagna satisfy ya tummy a lot. I love how fresh and delicious the pie come out - delivered by Roni the coolest and nicest server no doubt. This place is bomb and no hail mary you see - even next to the Raider practice facility. Ya gotta bring the fam and the sports teams too - this pizza place jus right for fun, music, and yummy food.

I ordered well done flats with mild sauce as you can see in the picture it's just oil so I called and I asked where is the mild sauce for my wings and I was told that their mild sauce is mainly oil mixed with hot sauce. there's no kick or spice to this oil, no smell to it is straight up vegetable oil and it's honestly disgusting. I don't think anybody wants to eat oiled wings but they did offer to remake me the wings with a different sauce but I couldn't help but laugh when she told me their sauce is oil and hot sauce, the original Carmines on Horizon Ridge is nothing like this it's 100% better. I say just make the drive to the Horizon Ridge location over this location.
Rating on pasta only....terrible. Absolutely terrible. 1st of all their "baked ziti" is actually penne not ziti. It literally tasted like any boxed penne from the grocery store that was boiled and topped with some prego or other jarred sauce poured on top. To think I paid almost $20 for this is infuriating. This was not even a mediocre meal, there is no other word for it than tasteless and terrible.
