Carrabba's Italian Grill

You can always tell when you have an amazing server , they always treat you the way they would like to be treated as if they were the ones dinning. My family and I had dinner to night with Jenna as our server. Greeted us with a warm smile and introduced herself. She did amazing at up selling items and was great at suggesting items on the menu. Everyone pick their dish and was happy with the service and how amazing she was making sure our drinks never got half empty!! We also fought over which desert to bring home from her suggestions. If she not already a trainer for new serving staff you guys need too make her one!! Thanks Jenna for your hospitality!!

Had a great experience. Service was very quick and attentive. Jenna did an amazing job.

Dietary restrictions: They offer plenty of gluten free options and have it clearly marked on the menu. Our waitress Jenna did a great job informing us about the options and making appropriate adaptations to the meals to make the meal safe to eat.

Our service and food is always good. Our last 2 visits we have had James as our server. He is friendly, polite, attentive and efficient. He is a great representative for Carrabbas. The receptionist was also very friendly and efficient. Thanks for an always great dining experience.

This was our second visit to Carrabbas…. Both times we had Jenna taking care of us she is so sweet funny she remembered our order from our last visit which was mind blowing! She had great recommendations from drinks to entrées and then to add the icing to the cake Desert!! She recommend the lemon bread pudding which was beyond phenomenal!!! She was kind and made us feel like family we will definitely be back!!

James provided an exceptional experience with his outstanding customer service! His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he took the time to ensure we had the best recommendations.
