Visiting from lake havasu, just happened to look across the way while eating lunch at Juan’s and saw this place. Walked over for a treat and it was the best decision ever. Florentine cookies were the best cookie I ever had. Lemon bar was amazing. Prices were so good, I was shocked. Will definitely go back

Had a worst experience ever . The owner Chef Flemming Pedersen has a shitty attitude. Very bad customer service. Avoid this place like a plaque.

I am here on vacation and went to this excellent bakery 3 days in a row. Thank you so much. We ordered a blueberry pie and it was one of the best I ever had. Everyone enjoyed. Many thanks. Look forward to my next trip to Henderson and your bakery.

Chef Fleming’s is the real deal. Great pastries, great pies, and the kind of old-school customer service you don’t see much anymore. I showed up at a weird time when the place was closed and the card system wasn’t up—Chef still took a minute to help me out and told me to swing back when they were open. Came back and paid, happily.
If you want a legit local bakery on Water Street that’s been doing it right for years, this is it.

The bakery was very nice. my wife is Danish and the owners spoke Danish to her, they are wonderful and polite. The food is very good. The rolls are exactly like the ones in Denmark. Definitely going back. The pastries were excellent as well.

We are from L.A. We stop by on the way to our hotel. The pastries are so delicious. 🤤 Highly recommend this place.
Just one note, I wish they have coffee variety. They only serve drip.

My dog had an emergency and I couldn’t pick up my cake order until around closing time… Colleen was willing to wait and let me in past closing to pick up the BEST Swedish princess cake in Nevada. Thankfully I made it prior to closing, and even once I arrived she was so empathetic. The cake on its own was a 10/10. They helped pick the perfect size for the amount of people that would be partaking. Overall wonderful and delicious experience.

What a cool place

I ordered two cakes for my step-Moms Birthday party and Chef Flemmings did an amazing job! We ordered the German Chocolate Cake and we had them do a Lemond cake with lemon curd and berries. They were both fabulous. They were decorated professionally and the flavors were natural and exquisite. We were very very happy with the results and appreciated their service.

Ran in here 15 minutes before closing because I was stressed out about work and I had the best experience. The sweetest young man was working and he alone was delightful. I got an assortment of desserts that were all incredible. I’ll definitely be back soon!
