Michelle was our server she was excellent spot on with everything. Food was delicious and hot in temperature like I like it. Definitely will go back.

Went here twice and had a bad experience the second time. The waiter (Dom if I remember correctly) was awful - he never came by to fill our water and we had to flag him down and he still wouldn't do it. We asked for parmesan cheese and he never gave it. We had to ask different waitress for help. Really awful service - would not recommend. Food was okay but nothing to brag about.

We started in the bar for drinks (which were yummy) and then went into the dining room. Your food is consistently delicious and the service is always outstanding. This is our go-to restaurant. We always get the same thing which is the avocado bacon salad and the chicken francese which the two of us always split because the portions are so nice. We love Chef Roma's Kitchen.

Chicken Madiera very good, and gave me linguine instead of potatoes, which was great. Had Chicken Picatta on previous visit, and it was also excellent. Had the bacon avocado salad, but was quite disappointing. The eggplant parm looked impressive, and the bolognese was fantastic. No bread with meal, really?? Nice setting with tablecloths!

The new outpost of Chefs Roma Kitchen in sourthern highlands is fabulous. Never tried their Henderson location, but what a great dining experience.

First of all, the portions are very large. This was surprising considering the reasonable menu prices. The calamari is perfectly seasoned and cooked, not soggy or too much batter. Shrimp scampi was amazing. Very large steakhouse size shrimp in a slightly creamy sauce versus just pure oil and garlic. Great treat.

The entrees were all oustsnding. The highlight is of course the Bone-on Veal Parmesan. the closest I 've experienced in Vegas is the famous Veal Parm at Sinatra's (Wynn). The Chef's Roma version is better. Just over the top in size and quality. It's more than enough for two people. The seafood pasta was nicely done, so is their bolognese and the parrpadelle with chicken.

All around exceptional. Our server was super nice. Had a birthday gathering and she was masterful handling the more rowdy of the 2 kids in attendance.

The ONLY negative was the Cesar salad. The flavor was great but the kitchen put so much dressing on it the salad was heavy and soggy Another friend who dined recently said the same thing - they need to revisit their dressing portion.

We enjoyed our dinner !! I had the special, penne with vodka sauce and Italian sausage. It was excellent!! Came out steaming hot !! Husband had the meat lasagna. Hi liked it. We both feel the drinks are way over priced . We saw several people brought their own wine. The have a $25.00 corking fee. Our server Lara is the sweetest young lady. Always smiling and happy.

Love the food at Chef's Roma Kitchen! If it's a pasta night, I'll get either the Gnocchi or Tortellini. You can't go wrong with the Veal Parm... AMAZING! I like the Cheesecake for dessert. These are my favorites, everything is great!

I found this restaurant by accident and boy I was pleasantly surprised. The food is AMAZING and the service is wonderful. The portions are what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant. This by far is my new favorite Italian restaurant. Go check it out you will not be disappointed!!

Food was absolutely delicious—no complaints there. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. The bartender/server seemed more focused on texting than taking care of guests. It really took away from the overall experience. Great food, but the service needs serious improvement.
