Nice hidden gem in Henderson. Food always consistent - love the big portions and fresh ingredients. Strip quality food. Love the Chicken Francese, calamari, Veal Parmigiana and Gnocchi. Tiramisu and cheese cake are perfection! Owner table touches and is always friendly and genuine.

I have been going to Roma Kitchen since its beginnings with chef Pierro,. What a great talent he was, and he shared his creativity and delicious recipes with Manny and his crew which, fortunately, for us, continues on after his death. The food is delicious but it isn’t the only reason which takes me there. It is a server named Dominic who’s one of the finest servers I’ve had. He’s very conscientious and gracious about his work and makes sure you have a pleasurable dining experience. Dominic is also a sommelier which will add to a fine wine selection if one is inclined, Of course, all of the above: good food, knowledge, graciousness and a desire to please customers can add up to a fine evening of dining.
Bon appétito!

I read all the reviews and was excited to try Chef's Roma Kitchen as I love authentic Italian food. The service received was good, very friendly and explained the specials. Atmosphere is ok, i would imagine it would get quite loud if the restaurant was full. The music choice playing was odd and not fitting for the restaurant.
We first received our cocktails, and they were very good. I am picky on craft cocktails, and they delivered on these. From there, everything was just average.
The appetizer was not great , prosciutto with melon, but melon was hard and not ripe. The dinners we received were good , but not anything special. The dish presentation was great, but it failed on flavor. We tried the chicken piccata, chicken marsala, and veal parm. The sauce was bland and not very flavorful for my taste, and pasta itself appeared to be boxed pasta and a bit overcooked.
Overall, it's not bad, but not good enough for us to return. The price point does not match the quality . There are much better choices in Henderson for quality italian.

I have been going to Chefs Roma Kitchen for over a year. The food is delicious ... in particular the artichokes and the Chicken Parmesan. Why go to the strip when you have this great neighborhood restaurant
Excellent birthday meal. I wanted snacks for dinner so ordered a few appetizers instead of an entree. My husband had the Chefs Special and it was delicious as well. Servings were plentiful. Will be back to try more items. Dominic was our waiter and the service was perfect. Not the type that hovers but quietly ensuring all glasses were filled and every need taken care of.
We have eaten at Chef's Roma Kitchen several times. We have never had a bad experience. The food, cocktails, wines, as well as the service are always excellent. However, it can get noisy in this small space, making it hard to hear your fellow guests if you struggle with hearing issues.
I can usually judge how my dining experience in an Italian restaurant will be by the bread. The bread was stale and not good quality plus it cost $2.00. There was far too much garlic and oil in the Burrata and pepper appetizer. The red sauce in the Rigatoni dish had no character. It was too liquid and bland. The restaurant space is attractive with great potential because of its location. The service could have been more attentive but adequate. I was expecting a better experience.
My family went to Roma kitchen for dinner and it wa except, GREAT service and the food was wonderful.

I was excited to try this place due to the good reviews and seemingly high expectations. I wasn’t impressed, for the restaurant to be called Roma I expected authentic Italian food but I didn’t see it. The pasta wasn’t freshly made, I ordered a caprese salad but the tomato wasn’t fresh and the cheese was soggy & gooey. I also got the gelato which was said to be from a local gelato place and the color right off the bat gave it away that it wasn’t gelato it was ice cream. The Gleason tastes like regular store bought pistachio ice cream. I was disappointed expecting authentic Italian food. My concern here is claiming to have Italian food when in fact it’s Italian inspired at the least. Service was good overall but not the kitchen staff who were having a loud Spanish inappropriate conversation while cooking the food.

Place is lovely and server Michelle was great that's unfortunatly where the stars end. The table we sat at was wabble like very noticeable were we cracked jokes about it. The salad we got to start was clearly made with old tomatoes and the meatballs felt microwaved as they were warm exterior and cold interior. Both main dish pastas were fine but clearly not homemade or anything, tasted like out of a box, again fine but could have done at home not justifing the price. Finally the "local" made gelato tasted 100% like Baskin robins green pistachio, so much so that I could bet one of my fingers that it was baskin robins green ice cream pistachio. Was excited to come here as I love Rome and it's love for food plus all the good reviews. But left disappointed and let down. Would sadly not recommend. Also we can hear the kitchen staff joking in Spanish, we speak Spanish so understood what was said, not about us or anything like that but def not professional.

Passed this gem on my way to the butcher shop. I was completely surprised when I saw it, as I've been in that plaza numerous times.
Because it was Friday, and I was in the mood to eat( when I'm not in the mood to eat? ) NEVER!! LOL
We made reservations ( Highly recommend ) we were seated promptly.
The ambience was quiet and romantic. Perfect for a date or bigger groups based on the size of the booth.
We ordered the bruschetta for our appetizer, chicken parmesan and fettuccine chicken Alfredo for our entree. And lastly a piece of heavenly tiramisu for dessert!
Absolutely EVERYTHING was delicious!! The chicken parmesan was done to perfection! It was thinly sliced yet moist ! The pasta and cheese sauce was made with LOVE!!
Overall, an amazing experience from the host, waiter and service!
Since then, we've ordered the bruschetta and tiramisu twice ( Food delivery)
Definitely a favorite, and happy that it's close to home..
As always, I'll be back in my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice!

Michelle once again gave 5 star service. The food was amazing. We shared the Veal chop parmesan Caesar salad with roasted peppers and scampi as appetizer. Can't say enough about this place.
