Finally a great place to eat with friendly service! Soo excited! I was craving a good pasta and found it here. Drinks and dessert were equally amazing. My son enjoyed the calamari and the chicken parmesan.$20-30 is without a drink & dessert. With drink and dessert I says is more $30-50.

My fourth time dining here. I love the renovations and the new bar area. My “ go to” place when out of town guests come. Consistently great food and service. Last night I had the Sea Bass, flaky and yummy. Shared a clam bowl and split dessert. Very satisfying.

A WONDERFUL place we just happened to see on Open Table and thought we'd give it a try. After we were seated, we started to see why their ratings were so HIGH! The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely fabulous as they had us at "Calamari"! Man, oh, man was the food ever delicious! I had the best Eggplant Parmigiana EVER and my hubby was extremely impressed with his Pasta Alfredo with Salmon, the sauce was perfect, my veggies were perfectly cooked and delicately seasoned as they should be. This place is top-notch and HIGHLY recommended! Thank you, Romo!!???

As a resident, I'm all for supporting local businesses. Not too keen about the Strip restaurants since you're charged for parking!! Chef Roma's was delightful. Good food and great service. The cheesecake was heavenly.

Seafood special, Lasagna, Chicken Marsala were all delicious. Hot, large portions, excellent taste. The real star was the stuffed artichoke appetizer shared by three. Never had a better artichoke anywhere. This place is far and above what our expectations were. Really, a local treat.

Chef Roma's is very loud and service is very slow. Not quite the cool ambiance I thought it would be for a chic restaurant. So I wouldn't return myself. But I can see how others would like it.

Everyone loved their dinner - chicken parm, chicken marsala, branzino. Noise level was kind of loud but waiter lowered the speaker volume when we asked. Service was good. Definitely will be back and so will our friends (who had not been here before).

Our experience here was wonderful. The food was outstanding, cocktails were excellent and the service also very good. The waitress was efficient , friendly and seemed very sincere. So glad we found this place, we will definitely be back.

TL;DR: The food was great, but the service could have been better. The manager's lack of professionalism compounded the frustration. I recently made reservations for four people at Chef's Roma Kitchen to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, hoping for a great experience based on the positive Google reviews and images of the restaurant and food. However, my first impressions were mixed. The restaurant manager/owner, who was dressed casually, greeted us upon arrival. We would have assumed he was a restaurant patron if he had not greeted us. Despite arriving early for our reservation, we were seated promptly, and our server came to greet us soon after. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. Our main issues were: 1) People who arrived after us were served and finished their meals before we received our food, despite having a reservation. 2) Parts of our order were incomplete, and one of the dishes was not cooked to order. 3) The bartender was slow to make our drinks and even forgot to make them entirely. We noticed her and the manager drinking beers around this time. 4) The manager seemed to blame our server solely for our dissatisfaction with the service. 5) When we informed the manager that one of the dishes was not cooked to order, he offered to remake it, but we declined. In response, he took the food away and said, in a rude and condescending tone, "Then I'll take it off the bill and comp your dessert." We also declined the dessert. We asked to speak to him again, as we felt the server was unfairly blamed for the poor service when he pointed at us and shouted that we were unhappy. However, the manager refused to talk to us and did not return. My fiancé and I joked that we were on an episode of Restaurant: Impossible and expected Robert Irvine to come out. The restaurant could compete with higher-end Italian establishments with better structure and service to match their delicious food. Until then, I would recommend dining somewhere else.
