I had noticed while getting my order taken crew employee Jonas or Jonah in blue was looking at a group of girls extensively instead of taking my order and not paying attention which slowed the whole order taking down. I understand I guess but you're working and serving someone. It's gross when you can't control yourself like that

Very disappointed. I ordered online here so we could get a gallon jug of tea. But it isn't until we are at the window picking up the order that we are told "Oh we don't have caps for the gallon jugs, we'll just refund your money. " No offer for any other method like 3 or 4 large teas. No, just nothing except here's your money back. I know it's 9pm but I expected something better from them. A little effort. If you don't have something, don't allow it to be ordered or make an offer or suggestions of alternatives.
they make every delivery driver wait 5-10 mins + for order because they don't start preparing it until you hit I've arrived. Terrible. I remember when they used to have every order ready by the time you walked in the restaurant. This policy sucks and it's disrespectful to the drivers the manager needs to see this because you all need to do better.

I ordered 2 sandwiches got one and one nuggets. Brought it up inside and the manager Bri was dismissive and rude. Had to leave for work so I didn't have the time to argue with her. It's not that hard to understand. I just want what I ordered.

We were there today from about 5:00-5:30, and witnessed Daniela, cleaning the same window partition about 5 times, talking to her fellow employees who were on break, eating, meanwhile our table was filthy, food and trash on and underneath, maybe if the employees spent more time cleaning than talking, it would be a better place to eat.

The food here is all right, but I had a rude employee give me a bad experience here. I went through the drive-thru and the employee working there, name JONNAS, was extremely rude and rushing me while I was placing my order. He spent a lot of time talking to his co-workers while I tried to order, and when I was confused if we were done he aggressively said "just go" (referring to drive forward). I won't be coming here again if that's how the employees here act, especially since there's other stores with nicer people

Chick-fil-A in Henderson Nevada on 460 N Stephanie St. I just want to say, I am impressed of the team work. Used the drive thru and it seem to flow very well. The employees patiently taken orders from customers. And when I was just a few cars away from the pickup window, my order was already handed to me. Very awesome service!. Thank you Chick-fil-A!.
