Yes, I just left Chick-fil-A on Lake Mead and Boulder. The Manager is like 12 years old man. Dru does not know how to deal with customers or customer service obviously maybe he needs more training but I don’t give if I can give zero stars I would but we buy from them daily and they frequently always have a problem with either of the mac & cheese or something but I wish Corporate reaches out to the manager on Lake May named Dru the kid that probably no older than 18 not saying kids can’t be decent managers, but this one is not a little discrimination there too

Even though this location is rather new, they operate like an old lazy Chick fil A. The food is never quite right. It doesn’t taste freshly fried. Seems like it lamp sat or it’s flimsy and slightly undercooked. I think the franchise owner has other locations and invested all this $ but carried over his bad habits of not making the food fresh and hot. It’s almost like they do a quick microwave zap on everything to ensure it tastes mediocre. The good news is they move customers fairly quickly? But I’d gladly wait an extra 30 seconds to ensure my food is properly cooked.

Great location, easy to hop off and on I-11/93. Food was hot, biscuit was not typical undercooked and did not fall apart at first bite! Hashbrowns were a 1/2 filled box, but cooked properly. Friendly staff.
