We used to go here often, but the portion amount started getting smaller and smaller Every Single Time we came in. We've had fries, ice cream and Mac and cheese come half filled.
We love the food and the workers are great. But I don't like being cheated out of my money. There's plenty of other restaurants nearby. We will go to Raising Cane's from here on.

I ordered grilled chicken sandwiches with all toppings two times in a row. But neither had tomato slices. The first time there was a staff telling me they were out of tomatoes but nothing was even told when I ordered the same item again. No apology whatsoever. The large fry I got was actually medium and the portion of breakfast items tremendously shrank that I thought it’s a kids meal

Like many others have stated, this location continues to drop off. This is sad because it was excellent. The service is still good, but the value / portion is really diminishing .

This scramble bowl cost $6.00 and it used to be full and have a whole piece of sausage. I though it was a one off and it happened again 3 times so I have just stopped going.

If they don't value me as a customer I am not giving them my hard earned cash.

Well this location has fallen from the graces of our Family. Last week I ordered a Large Fry and was disappointed as I drove away when I realized that my Large Fry was just a so so fry. Basically a medium equivalent of what we used to get. Tonight my wife picked up a meal for me but checked my fries knowing what had happened previously. Sure enough another sad Fry. She asked that they be fixed and “my pleasure” became, “I can’t, that’s as high as we are permitted to fill them. So sad. I guess Raising Cains will become our new Chicken stop.

My husband and I wanted to try the new cheddar club sandwich. Advertised with the sauce as one of the ingredients or “layers of flavor”. When we got home the sauce was missing from our bag so we called the store. The manager I spoke to when I called the store was very rude. She said I was welcome to come back within 7 minutes of them closing. I live at least 10 minutes away. She said I was welcome to come back the next day for the sauce. I asked would the sandwiches be replaced as well since the point was trying it as advertised and we did order it with the sauce. She said no since we weren’t missing an item we were only missing an optional sauce. We went back and forth on the mater and she began counting me down “you have 5 minutes” “you have 3 minutes” she then refused to give her name and gave us the wrong number for corporate. I called the customer service the next day with no answer. I went in a few days later to speak to the general manager Kyle who seemed very apologetic and wanted to make up for the incident but has since not been in contact and has not responded to me or my husband.

Horrible service from a manager over the phone. She was very rude to the point of making us not want to come back. We visit this location regularly. The general manager I spoke to about the incident wanted to “make up” for the situation but has not reached out or responded to us since.

This location has really gone downhill in 2025. They’ve been forgetting basics like straws and utensils, running out of products, and even overcooking chicken nuggets. Worse yet, complaints to corporate used to help, but now they’re completely ignored.
