Went on a Sunday. ( mistake) was seated in the bar area with my elderly mother. Well..ok I know the football games on all the TVs is so important ( sarcasm), but the TVs were sooo loud....the hostess did not ask if we preferred bar area seating or someplace that we could actually converse. Our waiter was more interested in gossiping with the bar tender and busser then checking on us. Needless to say, I doubt Chili's will be on my go to list anymore

Took my daughter n granddaughter to my favorite place but instead my granddaughter ordered medium steak but her broccoli was frozen still my daughter ordered rice and beans the rice was burnt i can't say this my favorite place chips were so thin my gums got cut from chips we tried not to complain but I want the owner instead when family comes to visit we will not go again n my bday coming was going chilli's again in Henderson n.v. never again

Today my husband and I went to eat at this place, the lady who served us, Heather, seeing that we were Hispanic, treated us very badly, we felt discriminated against, when Mrs. Heather served us, she looked at us badly in a racist manner all the time. Mrs. Heather never came to us if we needed something else, me and my husband were waiting for Mrs. Heather to offer us some dessert and she never did not offer it. When she finally passes by our table I had to tell her could she give me the bill and even for that he took his time, since he brought us the ticket he told us this is the amount with a tone as if we could not pay for the food, it made us feel very bad. I do not recommend this place since they are very racist horrible service.

Blah. The servers were great. The food was unmemorable. The environment was not cozy. Friends invited me to meet them here. I would have not picked it on my own. The price of the food in the end for something mediocre was not worth it. Everything was prepared well. The whole experience was very corporate.
