Had a to-go order, the general tsaos beef was on the bland side, didn't really have much heat to it. The rest of the meal was okay but not worth the 30$ a person.. just left me disappointed..

Something has changed, either cook or ownership. Both meals were disappointing and bland, in particular my husband's who has ordered the same dish (Singapore Noodles) for years. I had the udon noodle meal and the shrimp tasted nasty, plus the noodles were over boiled...possibly in old water?
While dining in, another customer returned her meals she picked up and took home, also inquiring if the chef was new.
Not a good sign for the business.

China Tango Bistro offers generous servings of tasty fare at reasonable prices. I tried the kung pao chicken and it was solid, as was the my shu chicken. We did take out. The order was ready when promised. The inside looked like your average family Chinese restaurant. When we get Chinese food on Henderson our first thought is usually China Tango.
