UPDATE: Had lunch again today and the service and daily operations have not improved. Today, when they opened there was no cheese or white rice on-the-line at first and some of the staff were just plain clueless. This place needs some better supervision soon.Not the greatest service today at this location. First, they had ONLY one server/preparer on station, one person just standing around as the cashier, a supervisor, a cook and one other person doing who knows what. The problem this caused was a long backup of customers, which only increased the time you had to wait to place and receive your order (FYI – this was around 1330 hours after the lunch hour rush). On top of that they had run out of some items, i.e. peppers & onions and the server/preparer had to also alternate serving and changing out the canisters of food. Took way too long to get our food today and there was no need for that. Finally, while there were plenty of tables to sit at, many of them had not been cleaned off or wiped down. Food was okay today but the service and cleanliness was definitely not up to par today.

went in with my fiancé , waited in line just for them to be out of veggies & my fiancé was going to get a veggie bowl because he doesn’t eat meat. we asked how long was the wait for veggies so he could get a decent bowl and they said they were out for the whole night…. 4 hours before closing. they were also out of corn & hot salsa. she also flirted with my fiancé right in front of me. after we paid they laughed and made jokes about how my fiancé didn’t want any meat.

This location is usually understaffed with long wait lines, and usually are out of food. Compared to other locations the items here are usually either overcooked or oversalted. I would recommend going to any other location.

Despite the fact that the store was understaffed, my burrito was made to perfection. It was easily one of the best I've had in a long time. Also, finding a clean table was easy. Overall, it was stone-groove, and I will be going back!!Parking: This store shares a small parking lot with the other stores in the plaza. Finding a spot can be a bit challenging at this location.
Quite possibly the slowest chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s short staffed, dirty and overall unpleasant. I dined it at 3pm which is way past lunch rush hour and the line is way out the door. I waited for 30mins in line to get to my order. I’m not sure about the protocol of how many employees they should have per shift but they only had 1 cook, 1 togo/delivery person, 1 food line prep and 1 cashier. The cashier is cleaning and restocking as well. I can tell they’re stressed out but they’re not showing any urgency except the food line prep girl. I forgot her name but she has dreads and was super nice and stayed positive. Everyone should be retrained in this location except her. I definitely won’t be coming back to this place.

Waited in line forever while watching the staff move with no sense of urgency.
Placed an order for delivery via their app. Worst experience ever, order was completely wrong. We ordered three bowls only one was correct. The restaurant excused their selves by saying once the order leaves the restaurant they are not responsible. They should except full responsibility for the orders they fill. They want to make things right by giving us a free bowl and chips next time we order. Make things right and credit the order you sent incorrectly. That’s the right thing to do.

This is the WORST run Chipotle that I’ve been too. Constantly busy with 1 person taking the order and running the register. Young kids who don’t see that they care to work here. Slowest service you’ll ever see. So many people walked out. Never seen anything like it.

Lines take forever. No matter how short the line is, it always take 20-30 minutes to get the food. If the line is more than 6-7 people, just leave. Food is solid but just be ready to wait. As a chipotle fan I find myself coming back even though I’m in line until I start growing facial hair.

Zero stars for everything. Never has food in stock. They seem to be out of multiple items each time I visited. Floors are sticky and soda is out of flavors. Honestly the gentleman at the front that was managing taking our orders and cashing us out deserves a raise cause no one else came to help.
