So I'm sitting there waiting to order my food you know what I want I was gonna do it online and have it brought to me but something just told me to go up there. I'm watching the lady clean and I watched the rag and go in the food immediately I'm like I hope that's not nothing that I'm about to get in my burrito And black beans inside the black beans and she act like she didn't see it immediately Disgusted immediately left because that's nasty. I went to the one that's on Eastern by the freeway.

The service is not bad but the food preparation is just unsanitary. The whole prep station is messy, cluttered, a lot of cross contamination. Health inspections needed to check this place. I wouldn’t dare eat here just looking at how they prep the food and serve it. The staff needs re-education. The service not bad but needs to learn how to handle food correctly. I did not even order food here. High risk of food poisoning

The grill, cookware, and prep area all looked very dirty, so I was on the fence about ordering. I was next in line, but then I watched one of the workers just use his hand to scrape all the rice that had gathered on the counter into a new container of rice to be served. I left

Worst chipotle place I been to, I went at 8 PM and there was barely food when they closed at 10PM, lady serving my plate grabed her phone to text and take a picture of the line and continued to serve my plate and grabed the cheese without changing her gloves. Save your money is not worth it.

It's been a while since I've been to a Chipotle that wasn't messy, chaotic and unfriendly. This location was a true surprise! Clean, kind and fresh. Thank you for your hard work!

My son ordered me a bowl because I’m sick and both of them weren’t even half full. Both filled with beans.

Have been trying to call the store but they will not answer haha.. are the workers too busy closing early?
