Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible, horrible customer service, and the portion sizes keep getting smaller every time I go.
Not to mention, the facility is dirty and clearly not being cleaned properly — it doesn’t seem up to public health standards at all.

This chipotle is one of the worst ones i've ever been to, but no matter who's working here, the terrible customer service is always the same.But the upside is I go here because it's never busy, when I have to do business on this side of town.So I still come here because i'm happy to get in and out quickly...the other good chipotle are always busy and that can be frustrating, but probably because their food is fresh and the customer service is good. I would have rated the atmosphere higher because it's one of the nicer locations as far as the setup for dining and the view.However, the poor customer service takes away from that score.

Ordered Uber Eats and my meals were upside down in the sealed bag, causing all salsa to leak out and saturate the bottom of the bag. My Izzy drink was missing too. Good luck if you order from them. Really disappointed with my expensive delivery experience.

This is by far the worst chipotle that I’ve ever been to when it comes to portions. I’ve never experienced the portion thing until now literally not even giving a scoop of what I’m ordering I will not be back. They were even stingy with the vegetables like I can understand the meat, but the vegetables OK

The service here is absolutely the worst. They made customers wait outside until 10:40 before opening the doors, which is unacceptable. When I pointed out that there was way too much sour cream on my bowl (see photo), the employee told me “this is standard.” That is not standard, it’s sloppy. Between the late opening, the attitude, and the food quality, I will never eat here again. Horrible experience. Do better!

Place was a disaster. Every table had a mess on it. The prep station looked like a nightmare. I left before I could get food poisoning.

The food is usually pretty good the weight is very long it seems like there's not enough people at the line to fix the food so the backup line is usually at least 15 minutes long doing lunch and dinner times

Worst Chipotle location ever. I am almost always missing items in my order when I order from the app. And the service is horrible if you go inside. If I have time I will go to any other location besides this one. I leave angry every time I go there due to the employees attitudes. Last, the food freshness is mediocre, steak is always super dry like cardboard. I’m just hoping this location goes out of business so my online orders come from another location.

Do not order a delivery service from this location. The last two times we were missing a major portion of our order, and our bowls were missing supplies.

So awesome. I get it at least 3x a week. Love it too much my bank account hates it
