Chipotle Mexican Grill

I wanted to go thru a drive thru because I didn't want to go into public at the moment, so I decided to try the drive thru. I quickly learned I would have To place an order online In order to pick it up at the drive thru window. By pure amazement.I wizzed through the order.It was easy to do, and The earliest pick up time would be ten minutes later, That was reasonable enough so I Ordered paid and picked it up in 10 minutes flat. The food was delicious fresh and It felt healthy.

We were the only customers in the place. The food was cold. And the tables were disgusting. The employees enjoyed standing around doing absolutely nothing. One was literally digging in her ear.

Filthy, half the food it used to be, with crazy high prices. Takes forever, they're always out of everything, they don't clear tables or take out the trash, never have napkins or forks. Nothing good to say.

Never open on time and are very SLOW and when they finally decided to open the doors alot of items were not ready

Wow wow wow. This used to be my favorite Chipotle. The food was always fresh and the service was on point. Yesterday I visited this location for lunch around 12 in the afternoon. There was 1 lady serving the customers and ringing them up. 1 person during the lunch rush. Took about 20 minutes to get my food. They were out of the brisket at the time I went and that was the reason for my visit. I got the Carnitas and a drink. The drink station was disgustingly dirty but at this point I already had my food. I sat down and none of the tables were clean. Guess the lady serving and ringing people up couldn't also clean the tables. While eating, a homeless person with a cigarette hanging out her mouth came in and used the bathroom and also filled her Wingstop cup at the drink station. This just grossed me out and at that point my meal was done. I got up and just threw my food out and left. Since yesterday my stomach has been terribly upset from the food. This is and was the last time I will ever visit this unsanitary Chipotle! Simply disgusting!

The worst Chipotle in Henderson smh. Food is always old, cold and improperly portioned. It’s crazy that management can see and reply to these reviews and still nothing changes.

Food was barely warm at best pinto beans were still hard, undercooked super small burrito half spoon rice, beans, and barely any carnitas.

Everything went well until I got to the cashier. Joanne, the cashier was busy doing other things, after five minutes I asked if somebody could ring me up and they called for Joanne and Joanne once again said in a minute. I had waited long enough. I won’t go back to this Chipotle.

I had a highly disappointing experience. I found plastic in my meal, which is completely unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s food safety and quality control. I cannot recommend dining here unless these issues are addressed.

My first and last time ever eating Chipotle. My Burrito bowl was cold. The beef in the bowl was not shredded and contained chunks of gristle.
