Chipotle Mexican Grill

Literally the worst chipotle that could probably exist. Always waiting for food, barely gives you anything and no matter what time of day you go, they are ALWAYS out of something. Just close down already.

To go orders are never ready on time, they are often out of certain meats, and the orders lack ingredients, are incorrect, and much smaller than normal. Disappointed in this location and the terrible service. This has happened several times. The burrito had no sour cream, cheese, or lettuce. It was full of white rice which was incorrect with barely any meat. What a joke.

Got there and my order was not ready even 20 mins after the pickup time this has happened twice already
Later found out they didn’t even have my order
They had to rush it and it wasn’t even good
Just filled with rice and beans few couple of pieces of meat
Train your employees better than this please or hire more people for better services Chipotle

Food was good but Sutch a limited menu. I like a little more variety. The counter person seemed like they were upset about having to wait in us. And the over all atmosphere is just plane ol' boring. I'm not impressed. With so many Mexican restaurants to choose from, this one is on the lower half of the list.

I came in during a big rush, and even though it was very busy, the whole team—from the cashier to the kitchen to the line—stayed professional and handled it really well. I did have to wait a little longer for fresh food, but it was worth it and I left happy with exactly what I wanted.

Special shoutout to the manager (a tall blonde guy with glasses) who was extremely kind and professional. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing 👌. Thanks to the whole crew for making a hectic rush feel smooth and positive!

I asked them for a dressing and sour cream and they kept telling the dasher that it was in my bag ! How if I can’t order it through doordash? Liars and not very good staff to have lying to people . Absolutely absurd

5:00 pm and no brown rice and no hot honey chicken , I left and had dinner from other restaurant, definitely more food on the floor than in serving bins , never see the same face more than a couple times. Kinda gross

No stars, because they allow homeless people sleep in the man's bathroom for more than a hour,plus the portion of meat in the tacos is too small
