Watching the employee try hard (really hard) to give as little food as possible is WILD. The amount of rice the employee first scooped up didn’t cover the bottom of the bowl. Had to ask for a bit more. Same with the Black Beans. Same with the cheese. Same with the Guacamole. If you don’t want me to have any food, just say that. I’m done with Chipotle.

This is hands down the worst chipotle in Las Vegas. They never have ingredients ready, long lines, nobody can wrap a burrito, & the workers are constantly talking to each instead of servicing the customers. PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION

The reviews! Look at the reviews! The rice was soooo hard. The meat was so flavorless. Every thing was dirty as MANY others have said in the reviews about this location. After this I am DONE with Chipotle. So first thing first Kyla “accidentally”got my order wrong. Up charged me and I ended up paying for the person behind me. Soon as I went back in to correct it, all of the staff stood around eachother and made me very uncomfortable. As soon as I walked in the girl making my food was extremely rude and immediately showed signs of discrimination. Didn’t get her name, but she was rude and pretty much threw my food around. She stared up and down at me the entire time. Soon as the next customer came up, of course with a different skin tone, she immediately greeted them with open arms. I will be contacting the restaurant and cooperate about how racist she was towards me. I WILL get her name. See you soon. Next time don’t judge a book by its cover.

This is my FAVORITE Chipotle in the city! Johnny and the staff are always soooo sweet to me! The food is wonderful every time and the restaurant is always clean! I eat here 3 times a week and I'm always delighted!!! #TeamBarbacoa !!

Well tried again, about 2 years later. Still not great at all. Why has corporate not shut this restaurant down? Terrible look/representation of the company. Do better.
Are you running out of money?! Where's the chips? Used to have small and large, them one size. That one size is getting smaller by the purchase, yet the price isn't going down. Shame

Worst service ever. The driver delivered the wrong meal. I called driver, she said not here responsibility, call grub hub. I called grub hub, I get phone loop saying call driver. Tried to call resturant directly. Phone at resturant loops back to grub hub. Worst experience ever. Bye bye grub hub and that resturant.

This location is just so bad it irritates me that it’s the closest to my house. Google said it closed at 11pm but their doors are locked at 9:15 and the staff just stared at me through the windows. They’ve never been the best chipotle around but they’re at least conveniently located and now that’s not even reliable
