We went yesterday a matter of fact September 15 a kids holiday from school.Went a little after 6pm not busy at all one party going on but overall not busy to where trash was filled to the top.To the point you can't even throw anything else in the trash.No ice in the ice machine floor nasty with water stains.Staff looking like they need a new job which usually it's half the time.Pizza was burn, wings piled in one corner sauce throw on top.Salad bar needed to get refilled but when it came time to refilling it all the cashier did was just put ice and filled the cheese.No lettuce no cottage no carrots I mean everything not touched so it's like what's the point of paying 12.00 for salad when you're not gonna get your money worth or why have the salad bar.Last trampoline the workers complain on having to babysit.Why do I continue to go there it's by my house and it's something else besides a park to go too for the kids.Place needs a clean up new friendly staff that love to be around kids give good customer service hello it's Chuck e cheese a place for kids where you might always be busy.So would I recommend not this location.

Had to cancel a bday reservation that is still 2 weeks away and I just made the reservation2 days ago!!! No refund, I can only use the deposit I made for another birthday party.

Great place to take your kid for their birthday or even just a quick day of fun. Great service all around and the manager is super friendly. Recommend getting a card and playing by the hour as this gives the kids more time to play a large amount of games.

Without the manager Robby & the party host Miley my daughter’s fun, enjoyable, and very special party day wouldn’t have been as spectacular. I am so grateful for these two’s exceptional service. & note worthy as well is Julissa on the prize counter & Robyn as well with the Balloon rescue.
The negatives our “dedicated” party host Malaya was more scattered and lacking in celebration cohesiveness. & things had to be rectified or redone because of her lack of ability or knowledge in giving us what we paid for. And I accidentally left my birthday banner & there was no forethought from the manager that replaced Robby or the staff that stayed on to keep it as it was a specialized banner. So having the courtesy of common sense in customer service to not throw it away. And use the contact info I booked to alert me that they had it. Or to not have thrown it away. & have saved it for my inevitable call that I realized it was missing. Would have been a step above and beyond. K just good customer service. Like what was lacking from the party. That I noticed. Like my daughter not getting her Chuck E. Cheese to sing happy birthday to her until after the fact of bringing up why that didn’t happen, or the fact we had to tel our party host, hey they didn’t do her birthday show, and she acted like she had to double check because she clearly didn’t know what we paid for. And the fact we had to ask when the party was over for her and our guests to get their birthday hats. And for the double ticket blaster experience. All of that took quite a long time to gather together. And the only reason I gave 5 stars is because of the manager Robby. As a customer I’m frustrated and disappointed, as a mother my daughter was happy and didn’t notice.

The black male manager, Calvin, here is awesome. He restored my support for the company after a horrible experience at the Vegas location on Eastern. I observed him personally checking in on customers, helping a mom whose baby fell and crying (gave him a lollipop), he personally did the birthday festivities work the parties he had and got their parties excited to meet Chuck E., and made sure i took advantage of all my rewards and deals with my membership, and making him rounds/delivering food personally. I told him about my experience at the other location and he apologized on their behalf, which was so noble of him. Thanks Calvin!
