This place was amazingly awesome on my most recent visit! Especially the young gentleman that served us. I'm remiss because I can't remember his name but he was very young and provided exceptional customer service.For this order, I'd used their app for the first time and upon arrival at the scheduled time, we immediately realized there had been a mishap on the app. As in, they were closed! I love Cinnabon, I come here at least once a month. Customer service is always kinda bad, but today was different. John was super pleasant! He greeted us with a smile was super friendly and respectful! I was very impressed!!! I don’t usually write reviews unless I was extremely satisfied.
