After leaving the Stephanie location full of disappointment .My family was greeted by the wonderful Kegan (hope I spelled it correctly). She was working with another customer and still found the time to greet us and informed us that she would be with us shortly. She was extremely efficient and swift. She was kind and even checked on as we dined in and enjoyed our ice cream. To close out the visit we were given small containers and bag to take the rest of our sweet treats home. This location is by far more superior than the Stephanie location.

Saw their ad on Instagram, so I thought I’d go in. Definitely pleasantly surprised with their options. They make a concrete which is similar to a blizzard but definitely better. It’s made with custard instead of ice cream, which I did not taste too much of a difference. You can see by my picture you get a lot more than just a cup full so the price for product is very reasonable . Their flavors were amazing and I’ll definitely go back again.

Hours listed on door said close at 9. Walked in at 8:20 and was told they were closing with absolutely no explanation. Made absolutely no sense and was not fair at all just because the employee wanted to go home early when the hours were clearly listed.

The best custard in town!!! Yummy ?!!!The store is super cute and beautifully decorated, great for taking photos.The ice cream is super delicious, not too sweet, just perfect tasty soft serve ? . The cone choices are amazing. Great selection.They have so many flavors and combinations.The girls that work there are very nice, helpful and welcoming.We highly recommend it for anyone who loves the soft serve ?. This is definitely a kids dream ice cream shop.

Excellent custard and Italian ice. You are able to get many flavors of Italian ice and vanilla or chocolate custard or a twist with both vanilla and chocolate. I chose to get vanilla custard with cheese cake and chocolate Oreos. It was great. My son got a vanilla custard dipped in birthday cake flavored dip with a fruity pebbles dipped cone. They were both great and the cost for both $15. A little pricey but flavorful. It was decorated with Halloween decorations and very cleanService was great.

I went to the eastern location to get ice cream for me and my kids on Thursday September 7 around 9, immediately awful service. As me and my daughter were checking out, the girl with brown hair that was checking us out was on the call with one one her friends and chatting on the phone as I was trying to pay. On top of that, the other girl with blonde hair that served us got two of our orders wrong. My daughter ordered everything and I’ve came to this location before, so I know when you order custard or ice with toppings if it’s a small or bigger they are supposed to put the toppings on the bottom and the top, my daughter got a small custard and ordered crushed Oreos some marshmallows and an Oreo on top, she got the custard but there was no topping in the bottom, absolutely none, Also, she did not add the extra Oreo on top as my daughter requested. We ordered a small strawberry ice, and my daughter specifically requested for fresh cut strawberries because we do not like the strawberry syrup, the girl did not cut up any fresh strawberries, and put the strawberry compote instead. My experience was honestly awful, and I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back to this location.

Used to live the Baja blast chill z. Walked in today to 2, 1st day employees that couldn't make one.
