Their menu selection is good but not cheap but friendly staff

Ice cream selection is good but no bathroom nor anywhere to wash hands.

Just lost business because you decided to store equipment in the bathroom so how are your customers supposed to use the restroom when they spend their money smh

We came at 8:25. Closing time is 9pm. The line was out the door. Two people were working. We realized they are slow and chose to stay. We waited outside for ten minutes before we made it through the door. The manager informed us he would not be able to serve us because there were too many people. TWENTY FIVE minutes before closing. Turned a nice family treat night for 7 people in to a truly disappointing evening. This is the second time in the last 12 months we have gone in 30 minutes before closing only to have them not serve us. Went to Nielsens. Better, cheaper, closes at 10 and no wait. We will never support this business again and we were pretty regular and spent a min of $30 each time and tip generously. My adult kids are visiting from out of town so we were prepared to drop over $60 plus tip. To be treated so unprofessionally is unacceptable.

First time here as my boyfriend was raving about it and it was lovely. Very delicious and the staff were delightful and gave recommendations.

I had the best time with my daughter today . The service was lovely and the little girl named ally was very sweet and made our experience good . ☺️ ? ❤️

On a hot day I stopped here with my son finally after always driving by. Cute clean little local businesses with so many flavors and mixes that it was hard to decide. My son and I settled for a root bear float topped with a chocolate cowboy hat. Sooo good!

Delicious as usual and customer service was on point! Hopefully the a/c got fixed!

The Italian ice was good, priced fairly, and had a good variety. The shop itself was cute and fun. My only big complaint is that it's located next to a smoke & vape shop, people were sitting outside to smoke and they asked us for money on our way in & out.
