Terrible customer service online, belittles anyone who may have anything negative to say towards them instead of taking criticism to better themselves.

First time here, staff was helpful in selecting different flavors. This place is good lots of good flavors price wasn’t to bad for the size you get

Good italian style lemon ice

CJ's is one of my favorite places to visit when I am in town. I love their custard with Italian Ice, it never disappoints! Can't wait to come back!

Stepped into CJ’s and was instantly hit with a serious case of dessert decision overload—in the best way possible. The menu is wild (like, really wild), but luckily the friendly staff helped us navigate the flavor-packed madness.

I went with the Strawberry Cheesecake Crumble Sundae, and it was love at first spoon. Creamy vanilla custard layered with a strawberry compote, crumbles of cheesecake, and whipped topping that felt like a cloud. Easily one of the best sundaes I’ve had.

My girlfriend and cousin went the CJ Original route with Ube and Thai Tea Gelati sandwiched with Vanilla Custard, and those vibrant layers weren’t just pretty—they were packed with flavor. The ube hit smooth and earthy, the Thai tea was bold and sweet, and the custard? Dreamy.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, I saw their neon sign: “You’re my favorite flavor.” Honestly? Kinda sums up how we all felt walking out.

I had a great experience at CJs Italian Ice & Custard! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and offered to sample a variety of flavors. The Earl Grey, Ube, and Thai Tea were all delicious and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. I ended up going with the cherry Italian ice topped with custard cream, and I can’t stop thinking about it. The perfect balance of tart and creamy. I’ll definitely be back!

Nasty!! I wouldn’t eat here if I had a gun to my head. Stop sticking your nasty hand I. The chocolate!! Oh you washed you hand, how about that ring that collects skin and all kinds of bacteria. Be better!!!

Ice cream selection is good but no bathroom nor anywhere to wash hands.

Just lost business because you decided to store equipment in the bathroom so how are your customers supposed to use the restroom when they spend their money smh

We came at 8:25. Closing time is 9pm. The line was out the door. Two people were working. We realized they are slow and chose to stay. We waited outside for ten minutes before we made it through the door. The manager informed us he would not be able to serve us because there were too many people. TWENTY FIVE minutes before closing. Turned a nice family treat night for 7 people in to a truly disappointing evening. This is the second time in the last 12 months we have gone in 30 minutes before closing only to have them not serve us. Went to Nielsens. Better, cheaper, closes at 10 and no wait. We will never support this business again and we were pretty regular and spent a min of $30 each time and tip generously. My adult kids are visiting from out of town so we were prepared to drop over $60 plus tip. To be treated so unprofessionally is unacceptable.
