Service was fair ish but after not going for a while, we realized why we stopped going to Claim jumper. Claim jumper used to be a good steakhouse. The music was super loud. we did go at noon time I don't know if that makes a difference. The menu was glorified bar food and everything was very salty very sad . When we told the server, she said oh I'm sorry and walked off. Don't go there if you want something good to eat. The chairs were so heavy if you are disabled it's almost impossible to pull the seat out. The person that seated us just said here's your table and put the menus down and walked off. Save your money go somewhere else.

What a ripoff this place is. The attached photo is a fillet mignon. When it was brought to the table I thought it was another tables. No, it was ours. The waiter thought it was a hamburger and checked with the GM. GM confirmed it was a fillet. This fillet cost $55 and was finished in 6 bites because it was so thin. Claim Jumper is off the list. Suggest going elsewhere. What a ripoff?

Food was spectacular. When it comes to the service there needs to be more assistance so that customers are not waiting for an hour or more for their food. Other than that the experience has been wonderful every time here at Claim Jumpers.

Over priced mediocre quality food not worth the price used to be a good place to eat out at but now not worth it. Poor service. Will not be returning

Their prices went way up from when we went before. I had a decent hamburger but was over $20 for just a hamburger and fries. My husband had a chicken pot pie and that price went up to over $23 used to be about 15 we were not happy with the pricing.
