I work in the parking lot where cold stone is located and frequently take my kids there to get ice cream. A customer came into my shop and bought my daughter a gift card with the receipt and said their register was not messing up so to make sure to keep the receipt that they told him it would be totally fine as long as I had the receipt. I brought my kids to get an ice cream and they said the card was inactive even with a receipt in hand of proof of purchase. Do not buy a gift card from this place whatever you do they will rip you off.

My wife and I came to this establishment, and had a wonderful experience! Kyeler and Aspen were perfect. Our order was handled quickly and accurately, with courteous recommendations and precision. Will definitely return.

Very good, but other competitors may take customers as some things here are pricey

Employee was not the friendliest. He refused to hand my son his ice cream until he made all the cones so it had time to melt. He broke a waffle bowl and left the broken pieces on the counter still charging me full price for a partial bowl.

I've been enjoying ice cream all my life. Coldstone is the best ice cream I've ever eaten!!!

You get charged for just a sample to try maybe what you want. And it's 8.99 for a sample. Last time I checked, a sample is small to try and see if you like it. And a majority of companies would not charge for such a thing.

Me and husband Went late at night for ice cream after a long day, we got our ice cream , sat in the tables to eat cause I was cold outside then , The two coworkers went to the back it was young guy and girl , My husband started to smell weed ,there were smoking in back inside he can't be around it cause he sick and takes medicine,

Such a clean and nice environment, everyone inside is always happy to be there, the workers are amazing to! Always seem to have a very nice young man in there with big dark hair and glasses, first time I came in I felt a little awkward.. since I'm racist ? ?‍♂️ but he was so welcoming with his beautiful brown skin and huge muscles! I almost fainted ? if anyone he definitely deserves a raise.

DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING! The company needs to be aware of this problem! If the order is messed up, they cannot refund you and are not responsible for it! You are told to call Google. Seriously? If a store is too busy to complete orders correctly they should not take online orders! In this day and age you cannot screw over customers without accountability.

I got an ice cream here and it had weird chunks in it and tasted off like almost rancid. I've had this flavor before and it tasted great and didn't have the weird chunks in it. I called them up to request some kind of replacement and they said they couldn't do anything about it. So I guess I just spent $8 on an ice cream I can't eat.

Paid $95 for a cake, called to confirm the cake was done and ready, drove 30 minutes each way, and left with no cake, no refund, and no offer to make it right.Will not return, you guys lost another loyal customer

Placed an order online for pick up and paid for the larger size but they served me the smaller cup and decided to just put it in a larger cup since ordered 2 of the same size ! Lazy employees!!!
