I got an ice cream here and it had weird chunks in it and tasted off like almost rancid. I've had this flavor before and it tasted great and didn't have the weird chunks in it. I called them up to request some kind of replacement and they said they couldn't do anything about it. So I guess I just spent $8 on an ice cream I can't eat.

Placed an order online for pick up and paid for the larger size but they served me the smaller cup and decided to just put it in a larger cup since ordered 2 of the same size ! Lazy employees!!!

Always a fun experience. Bad scheduling put 1 worker on duty, on a Friday, at 3pm when the schools let out. Needless to say the poor guy got swamped but killed it 1 order at a time.

Delicious he added a lot of extra I feel and some dripped on the cup and he took the time to wipe it off and make sure lid was on good super nice and friendly would eat here again for sure!

I placed a order on Uber eats. When I got my order they messed up majority of the order. Told me I could come to the store to replace the items and they're closed and everyone left. Now I've spent $55 on ice cream & have a lady PMSing and might kill me.

I will always go to the Sunset franchise over this one. Today at 4:30, we waited 25 minutes for 1 person making ice cream for multiple people. They had 2 other employees literally just standing there laughing. I’m not sure if the owners care or not. But please save yourself the time & go to the sunset one. They’re much nicer there :)
Very clean and great tasting ice cream. The kids always love going there during the summer.

I picked up my cake on 10/29/2021. When I arrived I could visually see that the cake was melting the employee took the cake to the back to try to fix it. After a few moments, the worker came back and stated he couldn’t fix it as it was melted and getting worse. He took a photo and advised he would notify the manager. I never received a call from manager (Nina), even after leaving several messages with employees.To spend $60 on a cake that looked horrible, I would Stay Away from this Cold Stone. Horrible service!
