Who can say no to ice cream, flavoured and sprinkled the way you want it, and oh, you know you want it! But the atmosphere, the ambience, leaves a little to be desired. I would have expected a much brighter interior.

We went to pick up a customer's order and it wasn't even ready for pick. I think when a customer order needs to be picked up it needs to be ready for pickup

If dirty mop water and moldy waffles had a baby, it would smell like this place.Had to leave to avoid throwing up in public.

We usually love Cold Stone, and find this location and the entire staff helpful and friendly. I have been ordering via delivery for the past month, or so; weird cravings following a long time of not eating having Covid. We were disappointed with our most recent order.First, I want to thank the very nice lady I spoke with on the phone before placing the order. She explained that if I ordered directly from their website, I could add extra waffle cones and cups. I was unable to do that via Uber Eats. So, I did just that this time.They cones arrived just fine. The waffle cup looked burned. I thought it would be okay, but it actually tasted burned as well. I could overlook that, but the quart that we ordered was disappointing. It was only sweet cream ice cream with chocolate chip mix in. There were not many chocolates chips mixed it at all. When we order a Like It, Love It, Gotta Have It, or even the next size, it's usually packed with chips! From now on, we will only order the smaller sizes. We also ordered a Like It size sweet cream with cookie dough (I made an error and forgot to mark that we also wanted chocolate chips). There were no decent sized pieces of cookie dough at all.We're going to use this as a learning experience. We do like Cold Stone Creamery ice cream, and would recommend it to others. I will now call after ordering to ensure we don't have probably going forward.

Great dessert and solid content.... however, it would be nice if area had some benches to consume the food as well. Maybe my concern is More so pointed at this general shopping center, but I was running errands and stopped for ice cream and couldn't find a place to sit down at all and it ended up spilling. Just kind of ridiculous there is no seating.

Super rude staff today at 5pm and they took forever to make a couple shakes & didn’t seem very happy to be there. Lots of conversations & attitudes flying around. I don’t think I’ll be back & I’ll just take my business to Ben & Jerry’s

But bring back the old cookie dough....
