RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. I doubt this restaurant is even ready for what they offer. Theyre obviously not ready for ALYCE. We waited 45 to 60 mins for our order to be serve on our table & sencind batch waited agaon for 30 40 mins . 1st time visit its the issue the 2nd time around still the same, the owner is probably refuse to pay more on hiring, which is very bad for their business. Very short staff. INSANELY BAD STAFFING. The 4-5 star reviews for this restaurant is for sure THE OWNER THEMSELVES CREATING FAKE ACCOUNTS - BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY THIS COULD EVEN BE 2

We showed up here and there was only one person in line in front of us. We still had to wait over an hour to be seated. I know the advertising as "all you can eat"...but you literally cannot order this unless EVERYONE at the table orders it too. There's a 90 minute time limit on AYCE, which starts when the first plate hits the table. We made the mistake of ordering an appetizer for the table, which started the time and our crab boils came 45 minutes later. We never got our complete order. The flavor is ok, there are places with better flavor than this place. Overall, it's overrated and the service is so-so.

Worst seafood in the city,no flavor and very greasy save yourself the trouble and go to crab island instead they are 10x better.the hardboiled quail eggs were a joke andthe food was reheated definitely didn't seam freshly streamed

For my first time coming i wasn't happy with the service from the time i walked in it was empty and i was asked to scan a code in which i did that told me my wait time was 0 minutes!!!!! I look over and the two waitresses are chatting in up in which i had to say excuse me can i be seated they took they sweet time to finish talking before i could be seated not even apologizing … when i could have been seated from the time i walked in and they could have finished they convo !!!!

I have to say it was a great spot. I love all the food options that they are available. I had questions on how to eat crayfish since we didn't get them up in Canada, and the staff was great at telling me how to eat them. I agree that 90 minutes of time is a great idea.
Upon being seated we ordered an appetizer and seafood boils, we got our seafood boils 10 minutes after we ordered and the food was ICE cold. 10 minutes later after the boils came out our appetizers were brought out, also cold. The food was so cold we could not break into the crab legs or the lobster tail. While the waitress was able to give us half off, it doesn’t save us from the risk of food poisoning due to undercooked seafood. And still paid quite a bit of money and did not get to eat the food.

Food was pretty good, maybe needed a little more sauce in the bag, but for a seafood boil place to not have crab crackers is wild. They give you kitchen scissors instead..? They also did not have bibs. The server was very nice, but there are better places for a similar price.
