I love these cookies. It was busy today when I went to get them seem like they were understaffed but the staff was still polite and working hard the music was great I didn't mind waiting although I waited for quite a while, everyone was accommodating. They ran out of the cookie I really wanted but that's okay it's New Year's I only wish that they either had more staff if they were going to be doing specials or prepared a bit better for the high volume but that's corporate the employees were great the cookies are great I cannot complain. They should look into automation for their online orders to keep track so they can let people know when they're running low on certain cookies and also let people know when it is backed up and there's over 20 minutes

The waits at this location are atrocious! I had waited over an hour for my cookies and when I finally got my order the cookies inside were a mess!

The worst Crumbl location to date. Zero customer service. We were the only ones in the shop. Neither employee said hello to us or smiled when we walked in. It was like we weren't even there. We stood there waiting for our order for a few minutes, when the girl brought them over she didn't make eye contact and wasn't very friendly.

I have had 2 really horrible experiences at this location. Once my order was given away and they ran out of product I had to follow up over and over again to get my money refunded back to me. Currently I wait in line for an order that I ordered several hours ago pick up scheduled for 650pm it is currently 716pm and I am still waiting. After waiting for such a long time I was just informed that they are out of product and had to substitute. I'm a pink tier member I have ordered here several times and have had no issues until the last 2 visits. I am unsure of what's changed but the service has gone down.

Yikes! Oh No! Oh Dear! We are so sorry! What a Joke! If you have things to do go elsewhere!!! Placed the order on the 24th of November for November 26 at 3:30 pm. It’s the 26th 5:00pm and it’s still not prepared and ready. The employee still said there was a lot of people ahead of me. CRUMBL DON’T be texting someone to not forget to pick up their order when clearly your employees had not prepared it.
