Really. In LAS VEGAS and it closes before 10:30 pm?!? Learn customer service FROM ANY OTHER FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!. Maybe not disrespecting your potential customers should be higher on your list

I don't write reviews often, unless the service was really bad. I was at Galleria Mall 7/4/24 about 2pm. Went to the counter and nobody was there. Waited for 5 minutes after saying hello! Still nobody came out. Went back to my table. Waited another 5 or more minutes, looked over, no one there. Went back up, waited and low and behold she finally showed up.(Mind you a family walked by with kids who wanted ice cream when no one was there and they just kept walking). I asked her where she was as I was up at the counter earlier as well and no one was there. The girl literally just stared at me. No, "I'm sorry, what can I help you with.", nothing! I said, Can I have a small cone. She gave it to me, not saying a word. It was like I interrupted her nap or something. If there was another ice cream place in the mall, THEY would have gotten my business. I will never go back there. I will leave the mall for my next ice cream cone. From the reviews I have seen on here, you have a problem with employees providing customer service. I can't even imagine the money you are losing by their actions. This is right up there with the worst customer service I have ever had. I think I will skip DQ altogether in the future as apparently they don't monitor there franchise owners much.

Drive is fairly quick. For faster service I recommend going inside. Place is keep extremely clean. Employees are pleasant.

Our cashier M Williams was amazing. Very polite and the blizzard was mixed to the very bottom. I can't read the survey code on my receipt any longer or I would leave a 5 star review there as well. She went over and beyond for our order. Very sweet, polite and professional. Thanks!

There was a woman in her 40s that was being yelled at by a manager. It was really disgusting.

The man that works here makes me very uncomfortable, I currently work elsewhere in the mall and this man always calls out to me and hits on me it is a very uncomfortable environment and I will never order from there because of him.

Today Jan 27 /24 . The guy work the counter seems to be working alone , he is very busy with orders. Hats off to him he is doing multiple jobs due to what I’m assuming is short staffing.Great employee to have . Keep up the great attitude guy. Two customers from Calgary AB

Come to DQ Orange Julius to get an Orange Julius. Only thing is, they don't have orange Julius' Machine don't work ?

Love going to dairy Queen at the galleria mall.....my favorite is ice cream cone with sprinkles never had a mad experience with none of the employees. They are all respectful and great listeners.

Always great customer service. Employees are friendly and efficient. Great variety of delicious treats, I go at least once a week!!!

Worst food ever and the guy didn’t even know he was there. Ordered chicken nuggetsNot even close to the picture on the wall nasty nasty food. The chicken looked like a peanutSad sad food tasted like garbage
