Ordered a Blizzard on Dec 30, 2024 from here and have had "bathroom issues" the entire day of NYE.. And this occurred once before as well ! Done With It .. Either the Blizzard cream product or the stale peanut butter cups or the container it came in yielded a 24-hour gastrointestinal (stomach, etc) issue much like a flu contagion. Simply, your Blizzard product at this location made me sick to my stomach for 24 hours !

Manager is rude. I placed a mobile order for chicken tenders and selected no dip instead of selecting ranch. So when I asked him if I could have a ranch, he told me no not without buying one and I said but I didn’t get one. he goes right it says no dip. My meal comes with a dip for free, but I can’t have it. I don’t think one cup of ranch is gonna put you out of business. I will not return to this Dairy Queen. The manager is very rude.
very rude staff and odd policies. As soon as I walked in, the cashier immediately told me I couldn’t bring a cup of soda from another store inside and i would have to leave. I wasn’t even there for 10 seconds and i was already being kicked out. There was no indication of the store on the cup, as it looked like a typical cup bought from the store. I told her i was just going to order then leave. once i was handed my food i noticed my friends sitting down in a booth. I wasn’t going to stay long, obviously, since i knew the lady would get pissed, but i began standing and telling them about my situation. Mind you, this conversation lasted approximity around 40 seconds. while i was chatting, the same cashier and her coworkers kept giving me dirty looks. This made me feel very unwelcomed and the interaction was uncalled for all because i had a cup of soda. This isn’t even the worst part. When i was eating, I found a short black hair in my food. It wasn’t mine since i have light hair, alternately; it was the cashier who made my food who had black hair. do better lil bros

Dine in They could not get the order right. I had to explain 2 times for each item. Stated they didn't have items I could see with my own eyes that they had. I was given the wrong change they argued with me about it and refused to give me anything. The place was extremly dirty. Employees were very dirty. Manager was not nice.
