As a Door Dasher constantly operating in the Green Valley Henderson area, This is one of the most miserable environments ever. I first thought this was just bad timing, maybe got off on the wrong foot, or just how low-key bad the area was, but I've delivered for all the other stores in the same strip mall such as the Mexican, Boba, and Philly restaurant, and even other DQ locations, and they've not only been pleasant but a joy to work with. Only this Dairy Queen in Henderson constantly has at least one hostile/paranoid staff that either starts or escalates a situation with me or another customer. Its still a problem with all new face on that shift. In the Summer, the smell of sour Milk is in there air. You might need to flush this location out. Even the few good ones here I see too rarely. Update: Been asking about this place and seems like this quality of service has been going down for a more than half a decade, good luck seeing any change here.

Dairy Queen is a good place to stop for a quick stop. I go for the Flamethrower burger to spice things up, then a Blizzard to cool things down. Round things out with onion rings, and it'll be a good day.

I found a hair in my food, the food is overly priced to begin with. We called the store about it and Sandy the GM was very rude and unprofessional and clicked on us during the phone call. Her attitude and personality was worse than the food.

I was a paying customer when I asked for water. One of the workers with a red beard and glasses began screaming very loudly in my face saying if I drink the water I will be banned for life. Genuinely horrible service.

I was in line ordering food and what I believe to be the manager, a male with a ginger bear and hair with glasses started yelling at these kids ferociously that were paying customers asking for the free water cup that they provide, saying that if they drink the water they will be banned from the store. I feel so bad for those kids and that worker deserves to be fired!

They were very rude and I felt rushed, they even answered questions for me after asking them… both times I went they got my order wrong, the second time I said something, I asked for no pickles on my burger and they put them on there, I asked for a new one and they just scraped the pickles off and brought it out, I still tasted them and my boyfriend went inside and confronted them about it and they denied it 💀 it wouldn’t be a big deal if the staff weren’t so rude the entire time.

Good ice cream but the girl waiting on us was more worried about not having any grubhub orders. Stopped us in the middle ordering to ask someone else about it. Why? No clue. Next time help you customer then ask about it
