Dark Moon Coffee Roasters

Just got three different coffees from here (selection is really small) and didn’t like any of them. Not a big fan of Matcha and it’s in a lot of the drinks. Selection is really small here for a place that only sells coffee.

We’ve been in twice for some beans and a cold brew. The existential dread permeating from the girl at the register is … unfortunate. I see the owners responding to bad reviews saying how excellent service is their goal. If that’s the case then hire someone who can interact with other humans in a positive helpful manner. The cold brew I had was below average and I will not buy it again. I had high hopes I could find a good toaster close to my home. Disappointing. Hopefully their service and product can improve.

First time visiting. I was super excited. The barista seemed okay. I guess I just expected a different vibe when telling them I was excited visiting for the first time. Drinks were good. Loved the merch.

Great coffee, team, and ambience

Amazing nitro cold brew and they have a plethora of pour over to choose from. Customer service is exceptional.

I'm so angry. This place is so far from me but actually worth the drive. I got the blueberry matcha. They make their syrup fresh! Do you know how rare that is!?

Cute place cute cups. Didn’t appreciate the servers energy. Wasn’t happy when taking orders. Wasn’t happy when asking for the restroom. All over stank face made me annoyed. Coffee was good. Didn’t try food. Your customer service should be #1

I showed up to have a cup of coffee to compliment the few hours of work I needed to complete. They had plenty of options to choose from including seasonal items. I was really excited to see that they had a version of an “Espressoda” which reminds me of a coffee shop back home. Staff was friendly in a hipster kind of way which I appreciated, and the smell of coffee beans roasting while I was putting in work really helped me vibe with the whole experience.

Overall I really like it here and I will definitely be back!

This place is such a vibe, very moody and comfortable atmosphere. Their drinks range from the normal to the creative. 10/10 would recommend.
