My family and I had an amazing time, food is absolutely delicious! The only thing that bothered me was Oliver's attitude as soon as we walked in. Looked at us and started cleaning the Menu's, he clearly could see us waiting the get our booth through the reflection for about 7 minutes. Had us waiting for over 30 min for one when there were 3 available. We decided to go asked him and he rolled his eyes. I'm not sure what was his problem, maybe he shouldn't be a host and have him wash dishes with that attitude.

If you’re going to operate a sports bar, you have to know the channels and how to operate audio. Especially when a local pro team is arranging a watch party for an away game.

The place was great. Really good food, great seating, and of course the kids loves the games. Our waitress was super friendly.

Service was fine, but the food was real bad. We ordered the chicken tenders and it came out tasting like fish. They cooked the chicken in the same old oil as the fish. And they don’t tell that they do that. What if you have allergies to seafood. There manager was like what ever. We will not be coming back here and will tell all my friends know about this place.

From the moment we arrived, Manny went above and beyond. He helped us find the best value for our family, served up delicious food with a smile, and checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect.

But what truly stood out was his integrity and quick action when one of our play cards went missing. Manny and the management team handled it immediately and made sure we were fully taken care of.

Manny is the heartbeat of this location — a true rockstar who defines excellent customer service. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have him!

We came for a birthday party. The person that was “helping” with the party was rude and condescending. She made a big deal about plates and napkins that she did not provide enough of so I was not allowed to take a plate and fork from the display because it was for a “different party”, when we were the only ones using the whole room. Don’t display plates that you don’t want customers to use, don’t be rude to potential customers.. this host was horrible. Oct 5 2025 2-4 party slot

Went for a birthday for our family. Was absolutely fun, Minnie was personable and even went through the effort of finding us out at a game when our food was ready so we could enjoy it warm. I have allergies and they were respectful and honest. Our whole family enjoyed the meal, and we spent less than $20 on food. The rest was spent gaming for another hour and bringing home loads of fun gifts with our tickets. Staff was welcoming and fun, even giving us tidbits about when we could get the best deals.
