Daughter and husband got severe food poisoning here. We know it was due to the food they ate there as I didn't go and was fine. My daughter now has anxiety about everything she eats and asks if it's safe.
Thanks for traumatizing my kid.

Dave and buster's is a excellent place to spend a good time with the family

Excellent place for kids teenagers and adults, nice Arcade area, today I came back after first visit, waved at floor manager more than 5 times but he never noticed even though i was the only person on the bar , at least on that side of the bar, my food was terrific, the food runner , well, not the neat person you wish was handing your food tray, his fingers were inside my food tray touching my wings, hair not restrained (I expect from a food handler or runner) very nice attitude “at least “ haha, ok , well my bartender never smiled at me or any of the people she served while I was there(I did not feel discriminated) I guess that is good! No wonder why bar is almost empty(I am sharing pictures) on another note, the stools should turnaround especially for those keeping an eye on their kids at the Arcade all around!

If you're looking for pool tables this location does not have them.

We came in for a late dinner for Valentine's day. I love the eat and play combos. Our server ( I believe her name was Jasmine) was excellent. Attentive, courteous and professional.

Food was good. Kids loved the Mac and cheese, and the cheese stick stack. The banana pie was pretty good too.

My only complaint is that I think the portion sizes shrunk a little bit since the last time I was here.

If I had a choice to pick 0 stars I would. Do not go to this location because the managers don’t know how to think outside the box! We booked a rsvn for 6 one month before the Super Bowl. They seated us in a non ideal location and we asked to move to an empty table and we were told all tables were preassigned. As we saw the tables fill up we surveyed everyone who sat down and were all walk ins . We dealt with Juan Garcia and Angelo Frias (both who are managers) and they should be fired because they don’t know how to provide customer service.

We had a great time at Dave & Buster’s! The atmosphere was fun, lively, and perfect for spending time with family and friends. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly.
The games were exciting and well maintained, and there was something enjoyable for all ages. It’s a great place to relax, have fun, and create good memories together.
We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
