Dave's Hot Chicken

I ordered 2 meals # 3 to be exact this was my first time eating here after waiting for over 45 minutes I asked for my money back. The 2 gentleman that were taking care of the business were whatever they could to keep the business a float as I waited close to an hour for no food. I seen so many people walked away because the wait time was ridiculous. my personal opinion is that this is a management problem you are not helping your employees to succeed nor the business this is my first impression on Dave’s Hot Chicken.

Best chicken strips ever. Every piece was like eating an entire chicken breast. Very juicy with many degrees of spicyness.
No cheap heavily breaded ones like other imposters who show great pics but always bring disappointment.

Better than Canes ONLY because their tenders are seasoned but they are NOT better than HOUSTON'S HOT CHICKEN when it comes to Nashville Hot Sandwiches. When I went, I got a similar order to what I get at Houston's Hot Chicken; a sandwich, tender, and fries.

I got my sandwich medium heat, my tender hot, and regular fries. While I was eating the sandwich I was complaining about how I could not taste any heat, and I couldn't. There was a kale coleslaw on the sandwich which I was indifferent about, I could have taken it off and not missed it or had it on. The fries were pretty standard, there might have been a seasoning on it but it wasn't in your face.

NOW, for the HOT tender! It was hot, I took a bite. Singular bite, out of it with the piece of bread that it is served on. Chewed for a moment and then it hit, BOOM! THAT IS HOT! I tried eating a pickle, drinking my lemonade, fanning my mouth; it was so spicy. The sipping sauce that is served with the meal is rather delicious too.

Super good food and atmosphere! the service wasn’t extremely fast but not super slow either, the cashier with glasses and the pink haired manager are super nice and friendly!! I definitely will be coming back!

The first and even second time I gave them the benefit of the doubt of a new store. They should have it together by now. Dave's is my favorite chicken place, but not this location. I've now been four times, out about $150 for barely edible rendition of Dave's. I will go back to the competitor on Green Valley. I gave you all a chance after chance, but way too much money to still not have it together. By now it is just bad management to not bring in other store employees to fix your store. Good luck, but no more free, undeserved money from me. Tbh, I am salty for how much you got from me because of my dedication to the chain.

Guy at the front is incredibly slow. Food sits ready on the window for minutes before you are called to pick it up.

Left because it took too long to acknowledge us and orders were stacked to 22m or longer for the oldest order. No places to sit, recommend going elsewhere.

So happy they opened a location in Henderson, I’ve always enjoyed their food 😋 .. nice interior and clean establishment. Food was served fresh and hot with quick pace, I was in and out that restaurant within 5 minutes 😳 NOW THATS service 👌 Nice staff as well , will visit again 😆🌶️

Just had lunch at Dave’s. The cashier said that they would give me a free drink for a 5 star review. That’s sleazy and against Google and Yelp’s terms of service. Be ethical!
