don't come to this location if you expect your entire order.. they often forget items and the fries are almost always cold. if you wanna take the gamble, go ahead but there are other WAY better locations (let alone the 3-4 other fast food spots literally anywhere u look around this location)

I usually love coming to this particular del taco but this is the first time going at night. The food sucked the fries were stall I watched the cook cough in his glove and have no clue if he changed his gloves! I don’t like to be that person but if you don’t like your job find a new one! The cashier was lovely super sweet! Very interactive and gave us extra sauce but the guy no bueno and should have a talking too. We literally go to this del taco like 3 times a month so I’m very much not happy about it. I was too hungry and ate everything but the burger was a joke. How did the tomato end up between the burger patties and another one between the buns I just don’t think the guy likes his job and this is the end of my rant.
food is usually ok. i always ask for well done (extra crispy) fries and they never come extra crispy, just hot. i’m not a fan of the cold floppy fries that are usually served, so i finally ask for extra crispy fries and was met with a loud “oh my god” from who im guessing is the cook over the drive thru. i get it man, but you weren’t even busy. can’t you wait until the customer is gone before complaining about their order ? i don’t expect fresh, just want crispy. i’m not mad, i’m just uncomfortable now. sorry you had to do your job ? boulder highway location is worth the drive now since they usually dont mind.

I had a situation where I lost my car keys, I threw them away with my tray and a young gentleman by the name of Max who actually served me at the counter he put on gloves and started digging through the trash to find my keys I couldn't find them in my car anywhere then he came walking out with my keys in his hand said I found them. Decided to get his hands dirty for the customer you can't go any further than that awesome thanks!
