This location is not good at all its the worst one I've been too. They never acknowledged you when you come in so you just stand there and they just ignore you for 5 minutes not even say they will be right with you or anything it's just rude. That happens every time also everytime I get a burrito they never ever wrap it up right and it falls apart its so frustrating because the burrito always falls apart and its messy and the food falls out of it how can you work here and not fold a damn burrito correctly?. Had to end up eating this one with a spoon i had in my car and still got it all over my hands and shirt...

I have been going here forever but after today I dont think I will be anymore. We can't upgrade our drink with our meals to the new popper drinks? Really?? (Do not care how much more it would be) get home and our tacos are so thin with barely anything in them.. we got the #1 (the del tacos not the snack tacos)

This location is terrible. Ordered from them a couple times and the food is always bad. Lukewarm rather than hot. Rice is dried out and crunchy. Super stingy with the steak and guacamole and then too much beans on the burrito. Just bad. Drive up the street to the other location on Green way
Ordered the 3 for 7 fish tacos and was completely disappointed in them. The corn tortillas weren’t even cooked so they just fell apart. I don’t understand why you would serve fish tacos on uncooked corn tortillas. I am completely disappointed ☹️ I couldn’t even pick them up.

This is the worst Del Taco drive-thru on the planet. The employees always posture like they're miserable...the portions are small...there's never any napkins in the bag...there's always homeless people hanging around. The only reason I come here is because sometimes Im in a hurry and it's closer than the one further down Boulder Highway...but after today, I'm done with this dump.

Only one employee who speaks and understands English today. The lady took my order and still didn't remove the lettuce and sauce from my daughter's chicken taco. I showed them they made a mistake and it needed to be remade. They said ok and apologized. Then they made me give them the wrong chicken soft taco back. I asked them if they were going to throw it away, they said yes. I said well can't I just keep it. Myself or someone in my family at home would eat it. Just my young daughter who was with me who ordered it, doesn't eat it with lettuce and sauce. They refused and made me give it to them to throw in the trash. What a waste of food. It's very sad. Any fast food restaurant I have been to they have NEVER asked for the incorrect order food back. Then they proceeded to be caddy and giggle and laugh. Maybe that's why the order was messed up in the first place or the blatant language barrier. The taco's were also poorly put together and the meat tasted old. Wasted my money and my time. This del taco ALWAYS disappoints. Will never come back.
