Visited yesterday about 4:30p for their Happy Hour tacos. We went through the drive thru and ordered 12 (3/$1.49). Paid and realized the price was higher than expected. I had to ask for my receipt and the girl who was working the window didn't offer or want to give me one. Once I got it and review it I asked why the price was higher. I was told that I have to specifically tell them I want the Happy Hour price at time.of order or else they can not give it to me. This was policy, which confuse me since we never had to before since we were in the happy hour time slot and ordered the correct item, value tacos. We never had a problem before and won't visit this location again. Policy is policy but be consistent and let's get real.

I always have a complicated time when I come to this Del Taco, however I always keep coming back because I love the macho combo burrito. The fries are really good but need more salt, and they have a decent little chocolate shake for an okay price. Overall I come here when I need something really cheap to fill me up. There have been many times when my order got a little messed up or something was left out. Happens one in every eight times I go, so before you drive off check your order!

Del Taco has mediocre food, it's quick and inexpensive so good for the price. The only problem is this particular location off Sunset, in front of Lee's Liquor, takes a ridiculously long time. I have even shown up during business hours and they don't answer and the building is locked, but there's people inside just sitting around. I wouldn't recommend this specific location if you're in a hurry, if you don't mind waiting then go for it.Kid-friendliness: Simple bean and cheese burritos or quesadillas are always a go to for picky kids

The only issue with this location is the Younger male in his 20s that can not figure out how to put sauce in the bag and when he does remember it is always the wrong sauce. It happens every time he is working.

I've always preferred the quality of Del Taco over Taco Bell. However, my last trip will probably stop me from fast food Mexican food altogether. I loved that del taco has plant based options. In this visit I ordered a Beyond Avocado burrito no cheese. I basically got a massive amount of refried beans with a bit of guac. The Beyond was barely there. It was not a good tasting burrito for even close to what I expected. Which was more Beyond and less bean mush.

Went to this location tonight for dinner ordered 30 Tacos on the Taco menu over half of the tacos did not have lettuce or cheese in them or very little cheese and lettuce very disappointed in this location I had ordered on the app and it's still took them forever to fill the order

We go every Tuesday and Thurs and get the 3 for $1.50 tacos special. It's filling and inexpensive ?

I can't stress enough how ridiculously horrible this Del Taco is, and I don't mean that as if I'm comparing it to a normal restaurant. This has to be the absolute worst Del Taco in the state if not the world. I live within walking distance and every now and then, I'm forced to give it another try because convenience. But I regret this every single time. This past experience just needs to be my last, so time to immortalize it in a yelp review. We pulled into the drive thru at 8:18 pm. There is no indoor service at this location. There was one car in front of us. They ordered and we pulled up and we're asked to wait a moment. There was no other cars in front of the car that just ordered. We waited about four minutes before the guy inside was ready. We ordered and about half way through the order, we were asked to wait a moment. We were asked to confirm our order, and we eventually got it right. He told us he'd have our total at the window. We pulled up behind the single car that was in front of us. It was roughly 8:25 at this point. The car in front of us got their food at about 8:27. We pulled up to the window. We got our order at roughly 8:30. My tacos del carbon were in tortillas so dry and so not preheated that they broke in half. Between three of them, I was able to scrounge enough chicken meat to make one half way decent chicken taco, if by chicken taco you mean half a mini chicken slider with broken in half tortillas as buns. This isn't my only experience here. And it's not my only del taco experience. You can get "quality" fast food at other Del Tacos, but this location apparently is on corporates shit list and has been on there for at least a decade. Stay away. You can get better quality with actual fast food convenience anywhere else.
Slowest drive thru- you will be late, it takes about 45mins from order to pick up like clockwork. The food is thrown in bag, bags are dipped in grease, yes they do put the toppings first in the nachos and chips on top, then put in the bag sideways:) it’s infuriating but comforting as it is consistent

Just came to get food in the drive thru and was told they were not open until 8:00 am. I checked the website before I went. If your hours have changed please update them in your drive through window as they also say you're open.
